This brand new beautiful waterfront home is ready for renters and can accommodate multiple families. With 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, this luxurious vacation home will accommodate 9 guests. This home has a swimming pool with waterfront view for several areas in the house. The beach is a short drive or you can bring your boat and conveniently tie off at the house. There’s plenty of room to fish for trout, redfish, and even flounder. It has an underwater green fishing light for the avid fisherman. This home has updated comfortable and luxurious furnishings and accessories. The master bedroom has a king bed and private full bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a full bathroom across the hall. The 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. The couch pull out to a queen size bed. Internet, Hulu, Netflix, ESPN, and Disney+ are provided.

Peaceful

The home itself is great! The house is perfect size and bedroom were much larger than I thought they would be! The pool was so nice to relax in and the channel was super quiet - I could not have asked for a more peaceful trip!

Very nice property with fantastic location for our plans. The only setbacks bed were not made(sheets were on beds but some were folded up on beds) The that appeared to be made sheets were not tucked in. I know this is minor. There were also clothes lying on the floor in closet. The backyard was fantastic but it could use a little shade. Overall we had a fantastic time and found the property to be exactly what we were looking for.

Lovely Long Weekend Getaway

Cozy home for 4 of us on a girls weekend. Host was responsive and provided helpful information. (Thank you, Brooke!) Check-in and check-out process was easy. House had plenty of towels and linens. Kitchen stocked with necessary kitchen appliances. Pool was also clean and well maintained. Perfect patio for sunrise yoga. Great canal location for calm water standup paddleboarding. Easy access to continue paddling into the open bay waters for something more adventurous with breathtaking early morning views. Restaurants and shops nearby. Would stay here again!

Disappointing "Vacation"

The owner did not advise us about any additional fees that would be charged for additional guests until the day prior to check in. It wasn't listed in the description for booking, and I felt it should've been disclosed when completing our reservation. There were several rules regarding cleanliness, however when we got there the house was dirty from the last guests. Dirty dishes, bed sheets, bbq pit, towels were left in the dryer, bathroom door handles were broken, freezer shelves broken and dirty. We had to personally clean all of it just for us to stay there and use the appliances. Why charge a cleaning fee if the guest are the ones who have to clean upon arrival? The fishing dock was nice, but I don't feel it was worth the price we paid, nor the hassle we went through. I was very disappointed with our stay and we will NOT be returning.

Nice Rockport Rental

The house was clean and kid-friendly. The private pool was a great size for 4 kids and 4 adults to move about comfortably. The dock was wide and long enough for several people to fish from without getting tangled up in others’ lines. The furnished kitchen made cooking meals easy in that we only had to bring in groceries. All kitchen necessities were available to use. The rules and requests of the house were simple to follow. We will definitely look into staying here in the future.

Loved our stay

We enjoyed our stay, husband loved access to fishing. Pool was nice and clean and most of all loved the peace and quiet of the area. House was very cozy and clean. We would definitely stay again.

Can’t wait to return!

This home is so perfect! My husband fished everyday. Easy access to the intracoastal. We loved the patio and dock. The home is very comfortable and clean. Easy check in and the owner was very communicable and quick to respond! Thanks for a wonderful home and allowing us to occupy your home for our family vacation.

Nice House, Negative Owner Experience

Prior to arrival I received check in instructions stating no unpaid guests, which is understandable. The unsettling part is the owner stated they would be watching on the front and back cameras for unpaid overnight guests and someone from property management would be stopping by to check several times during our stay. No where on the check in email did it state the garage was not to be used. We were using a few pool floats and a canopy in the back yard from the unlocked garage. On our second day I received a nasty message stating that we are not to use anything out of the garage and it should have been locked. The owner had seen the items being used on the back yard camera. They then sent someone over close to 10PM to lock up the garage. I believe this situation could have been handled differently and I felt like we were constantly being watched the rest of the trip. Other problems included the pool being extremely warm due to it being in direct sunlight all day, the street garbage can was 110% full when we arrived and stayed that way our entire trip, the propane tank on the grill was empty with no backup and the front electronic lock never worked, but there was a backup key. I will credit the owner for allowing us to have some daytime guests at the house for a couple hours. All in all it was a nice trip with the exception of what was stated above.

Nice place

We had a wonderful time. Easy in and out for fishing with bait shops/boat ramp close by. The pool and patio were great!!!! House was very clean. Thank you Brooke!!!!

Book it!

We absolutely loved this property! All of the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms were clean, modern, and functional. The outdoor space was very nice, pool was a bit dirty (we cleaned it with the pool broom and nets present), but the water is still too cold this time if year (March), so one plunge and done. We fished off the dock and had a great time. We will rebook next time as well!

We enjoyed our stay

We had a nice time here. We especially enjoyed being outside. Plenty of space, the home was very clean, and overall it was a relaxing time. The house could definitely use some additional towels/washcloths and supplies though.

Amazing Home

The house is beautiful, and very clean. The Hostess is very attentive. Me and my family really enjoyed our stay, so relaxing and peaceful. We will be booking our trip for next year.

Family fishing trip

Perfect little house for the six of us. Very clean. Great location for our boats. Great fishing just a few minutes away along with 2 close bait shops. Good restaurants close by.

Overall experience was great

1. The bbq pit was unusable, dirty (not cleaned, food left from previous use, and left over oil drain pan was full and disgusting. Over all was a good experience but since I brought pre seasoned food to cook on the grill for the duration of the stay I was unable to use the grill. Would like to stay again next year but please have BBQ PIT READY for guests.

This was our first time going to port Aransas, Rockport, Corpus christi area. Quiet neighborhood and very prompt home owner. Its an hour away from Mustang - Padre island. We enjoyed the short stay
