This is the very quiet part of the beach. We sit on a lovely street, Carolina Boulevard and are only a three-minute walk to the beach with easy, flat beach access. It's important that your vacation stay be wonderful with an exceptional experience. We have thought of everything to make the stay memorable from the quality bed linens to a commercial ice maker maintaining an equivalent of eight bags of ice.

Upon entering "Carolina in my Mind" you will realize, this house is like no other. The beautiful furnishings and design, numerous outdoor decks, unbelievable rooftop views, to enjoy the beautiful IOP sunsets, private pool and cornhole course are just a few of the amenities making this your home away from home. You will not be disappointed.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! Carolina in my Mind is located close to the best spot on the beach. We are located on the quiet side of the island with wide beaches and away from the traffic and crowds. After a quick two minute walk to the beach you can stroll waterfront and discover a landscape of unmatched beauty along the coast. It's not unusual to encounter dolphins at play or see a sea turtle swimming. Every day you walk will be a different experience. It's the best place to collect beautiful sea shells and make great memories. The breach inlet is just a short walk from the house , where you can take in the ocean breeze, gaze at the Ravenel Bridge or go for dinner/cocktails at the Boathouse Restaurant.

A short drive to or bike ride to Isle of Palms restaurants or to Sullivan's Island. A ten minute drive will get you to Mount Pleasant that has numerous restaurants and shops. Don't forget Shem Creek where you can enjoy food and views right on the water. Last but certainly not least you are only a 20 minute drive to the "Holy City"...the best Southern city in the world!

HOUSE LAYOUT

1st Floor
Bedroom with King size bed and ensuite full bath with tub/shower combination.
Study/Bed Flex - Queen size sleeper sofa, printer and desk, option to use as an office or bedroom or both.

Fully stocked kitchen with marble countertops and high end appliances. Island bar seats four people. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and comfortably seats ten people. Bar cart in dining area to hold bar items and drinks. Kitchen is stocked with all plates and utensils. Turkey roaster and crockpot for holiday entertaining.

Family room has two full sofas that mirror each other and two chairs that share an ottoman, gas fireplace in family room and large television with cable and can also access such channels has Netflix, Hulu, etc. The voice activated remote control makes it easy to channel search. Powder room/half bath off the kitchen.

Deck with two swivel rocking chairs and small table adjacent to family room which overlooks pool and cornhole area.

2nd Floor -

Master Bedroom - King size bed with double vanity, oversized walk-in shower featuring rain shower head and sprayer. Custom designed closet by Charleston Closet with ample drawer space. Master bedroom also opens out to fully decorated second floor deck with ocean and pool views and easy access to to the rooftop. Features a one cup coffee machine for enjoying a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise from the rooftop.

Bedroom 1 - Two full size beds with Jack and Jill bathroom featuring own vanity/toilet but shares large shower with bedroom two.

Bedroom 2 - Queen size bed with Jack and Jill bathroom featuring own vanity/toilet but shares large shower with Bedroom one.

Bedroom 3 - Queen size bed with full ensuite bathroom and large walk-in shower.

Full laundry room with standard size washer and dryer.

Roof Top Deck - Just off the spiral stairs from the 2nd floor deck is the roof top deck. Complete with table and four chairs, two swivel chairs and one chaise lounge. Perfect area for enjoying great Atlantic views, marsh views, sunrise and sunsets.

Each full bathroom is equipped with luxury bath items, make-up towels, lush towels and blow dryer.

Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am.

WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY PARTIES OF ANY TYPE. THERE IS A VERY STRICT NOISE ORIDIANCE ON THE ISLAND. RENTERS ARE SUBJECT TO A FINE BY THE ISLE OF PALMS POLICE IF THERE IS A DISTRUBANCE.

During May - Mid August rentals are for a week and from Saturday to Saturday only

For your safety there is a Nest Camera on the outside of the house.

The garage can fit three cars in it and there is room for three cars in the driveway. Please do not park in the yard. Cars parked on the street will be ticketed.

Diving in the pool is prohibited
There is a charge to heat the pool.

Pool is cleaned once a week.

Our home sleeps twelve people comfortably, with the pull-out queen sleeper sofa.

Persons renting this home are required to be 25 years old or older
