This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo has room for everyone. The Master bedroom offers a king bed with en-suite bath and jetted tub. Sliding doors off the Master allow easy, private access, to the balcony where you can sip your morning coffee and start your day with a fabulous view.

Both guest bedrooms have 2 twin beds. One bedroom has direct access to the hallway bath. The other guest room does share the same hall bathroom with convenient tub/shower combo and hair dryer supplied by the owner. Total of 4 twin beds. Plenty of room for the kids. Your reservation at this property includes all bed and bath linens, with beds freshly made upon arrival with a starter kit of paper products and hotel-size soaps, along with your departure cleaning.

There is a well appointed kitchen with full size appliances, including washer and dryer. It's perfectly stocked with the essentials to prepare a full meal and enjoy family style eating in the dining area, with room at the table for 6 and 2 more at the breakfast bar.

After a long sunny day at the beach, or the pool, you can sit back and relax in the living area. Admire the view with a great book in hand or plan a family movie and pop corn night of watching the large flat screen TV.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Adequate....unit was west- Northwest facing and was very cool at night. The unit was well appointed but not always comfortable...

Horrible, poorly maintained and DIRTY. Disappointing.
The vacation rental was very dirty absolutely not ready for rental, it was not as described. My family didn’t feel safe staying here with the door opening by itself and balcony doors not being able to lock. We asked for a reimbursement, and the manager not respond to my email for 10 days. There were dirty dishes in the kitchen cabinet, the dish drainer is rusty, the coffee maker is rusty, the tea kettle was unusable, the refrigerator is ready to be replaced, it was freezing everything on the top shelf, missing bottom bar of refrigerator door, the middle shelf in the refrigerator was broken, and both of the shelves on the bottom of the fridge cracked. Carpets were not vacuumed and were full of crumbs when we arrived. Worn out and dirty chairs. Little table in the living room by the couch has a lot of crumbs between the wood and glass. Wicker bedside tables are full of dust. Balcony door lock broken, balcony rug is dirty and burned by cigarettes. Two small bedrooms had a lot of spiderwebs and dust behind the blinds. Every closet had some cleaning supply giving us no room to utilize the closets. Etc, etc. Rules saying that if the AC freezes we will be charged for the repair, if we leave trash behind we would have to pay $200 penalty. Absolutely ready to be remodeled and cleaned!!! A vacation should be relaxing and enjoyable, but our vacation was stressful and full of fright. Never will I rent from you again, nor will I recommend this place to anyone.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was not as described. I even told the person I got the keys from my frustration: dirty carpet, fridge shelves broken, washer and dryer inadequate and DONT put a towel on the balcony because I got charged 150. I called for a partial refund and was “promised” a call back...nope. Disappointing.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I don't know that I would stay again. The property was nice, except for other renters who chose to smoke pot when it was noted it was not allowed. It came through the vents in the unit and we smelled it on the patio as well as inside our unit. The unit we stayed in needs to be updated- there were issues with the counters having been water logged (they were peeling up off the wood), and the stove had some heating issues. The worst part was property management. I dropped a key underneath a carseat and had to mail it back via UPS. I did that and as of over a week later have not received my $300 deposit back. I've emailed the property twice with no response as well, but they did receive the key.
