Nice house but not a perfect system

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was nice but it was not seamless.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at the Tennis Villa. It was very clean and well located. It was quite close to the pool, which is good and bad. The young children could be noisy, but you could see the pool from the condo, so could easily come and go. There were good quality bicycles for our use, which was an added bonus. It was nice to have the amenities of the resort nearby. Check-in at the hotel registration desk made it easy. I would definitely return.

Perfect location for tennis lovers in La Quinta

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are repeat renters in the tennis villas and have always enjoyed the location. This unit was tastefully decorated and well stocked. A few minor oversights from management (some of the tv remotes did not work, dirty and noisy bathroom fans) were the only negatives of our stay. Unit could use upgrades to the tvs (none were smart so no netflix, etc) and cookware was tired. Would have liked to recycle but there were no instructions on what was recyclable or how to package for pickup. Noise from the pool area was sometimes bothersome.

It ran colder than the temperature set on the thermostat. The plugs in all three bathrooms did not work which made hair drying less than perfect without the use of a mirror

Tennis Villa / Home Stay @ La Quinta Early April 2021

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The leasing company was wonderful and helpful. The location of the Villa was great and the floorplan was great... the stairs leading to the second story bedrooms were beyond dangerous. We had to block them off at night in the event our children woke up and tried to go down them. They were cheap reworked stairs that were dangerous for adults let alone even our 8 year olds. I found plates, pots, pans and silverware that were put away covered with grease. My guess is the previous guest put them away that way. I mean, they had not been washed. The living room glass coffee table had a huge piece of the exposed glass shard out of it, at mid calf level. Again, very dangerous. We loved our stay, the leasing staff and the pool, but these stairs interfered with our enjoyment of the home. We have leased at La Quinta through the leasing company many times, and it has always been excellent. This is the exception.
