WHISTLEPUNK #20 - 2 BEDROOM, 2 BATHS - (sleeps 8) - BEDDING: Master BR: Queen and Queen Sleeper Sofa, BR #2: Queen and a Full Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room. Cable Television, Flat Screen TVs, Blu-ray/DVD, Home Theatre Sound System. Wood Burning Natural Stone Fireplace (wood provided). Washer & Dryer. This condo is located at the parking lot level with lots of natural light and the rooms are on one level. Located just off Whistlepunk Trail, a Novice run leading to the entire trail system, and across the street from the Double Black Diamond trails of Western Territory.

SLOPE SIDE NO AIR CONDITIONING

AMENITIES: Free WiFi, Free Long Distance Calling, Gated Community, Bike Friendly Lodging, Free Resort Shuttle Service. Within walking distance to The Village at Snowshoe's shops & restaurants. Short distance to the Split Rocks heated pool (additional fee).

~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.

Great condo!

The condo has been nicely updated and has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is nicely equipped. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and having the room off of the entrance to store ski equipment. We would definitely stay here again!

Whistlepunk 20

Took my adult sons and a nephew for a couple days of snowboarding. Unit was as advertised. Wish there had been some true firewood in the unit for the fireplace, not just kindling. The two sleeper sofas felt uncomfortable to me, but my son and nephew did not seem to mind. Very well appointed kitchen and baths. Communication from host was very good. Ski in/ski out is very convenient. Overall, excellent unit and location.

Nice and comfortable

Well appointed unit, clean, nicely decorated, convenient location. Only reason for 4 and not 5 was that the pull out bed was very uncomfortable.

This area features some of the steepest and most challenging trails in the region and is designed primarily for advanced skiers and snowboarders.
