Family Getaway

Overall, we loved the place, The location couldn't get any better with being steps from the slopes and ski school. Our only complaint was their was an odor to the condo when we arrived, We reported it to the property manager upon arriving and they were quick to respond and to try different things, but we soon realized it was coming from the couch, We think it was the material of the couch but despite the property management trying to get the smell out it never went away. It was great for a family of 4 (2 kids and 2 adults). The unit itself was small but priced great and we were gone during the day so the size was good with our family. IF, the couch gets replaced we would definitely consider staying here again. The reason for the three starts was their was some miscommunication with the property manager and also the smell. Otherwise it would be a 5 out of 5.

OB vacation

Nice and comfortable condo for my husband and I. We ate most meals out and didn’t cook any thing but we had everything we could have needed if we wanted to. It was quiet and had a beautiful view of the beach. We were even able to watch fireworks from our balcony Friday night. Our only complaint was that there was mold on the ceiling in the bedroom and living room. They offered to send housekeeping but I declined because it’s not a HK issue. It appeared to come from the AC vent. I was told they were putting in a work order so hopefully it is fixed for the next guest.

Nice, clean property, would stay here again

The unit was clean and well appointed. Location is convenient and parking adequate. P7 is a longer walk to the beachfront than we prefer, but the rate was reasonable and accommodations were excellent.

Loved It!!

My week of R&R was excellent at Phoenix VII. It was the most clean beach rental property I’ve ever stayed in. The beachfront view and location were great. Parking was easy, and my parking fee was $59 for the week. The kitchen was well stocked. The king bed was comfortable. The only thing I did not care for were the TV’s; they are outdated and would not connect to the Wi-Fi, so no streaming options. The TV was connected to Direct TV cable.

Great Get-away

This condo at Phoenix 7 is just as appears in photos. We had no issues with the bed or couch as some reviewers listed. Had plenty of towels. Kitchen well stocked with pots & pans, dishes, cookware, etc. The supply list is accurate-we took extra dishwasher pods, coffee, seasonings, etc. Loved the balcony for meals, great view. The whole property was clean. Did get a notice they are working on sliding doors in the whole building from top floor to bottom. A little noise now and then, but not enough to bother us. Quiet by 5 PM. Great picklball courts! Didn't catch the extra fee for going through Liquid Life until it was booked...still a fair deal. Hope to make it back some day!

Week at the beach

Our stay exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, kitchen had all utensils, plates, pans and anything else we needed. No complaints!

Serious deep cleaning needed!

The air vents are so filthy that the ceiling is blackened where the air comes out! Don’t stay here if u have allergies! Ceiling is peeling over the shower. The bed was the worst part of our stay! Must be as OLD as the condo! Very uncomfortable and extremely noisy. If u moved your foot while sleeping, the whole bed made squeaking noises. It was very tough to try to sleep in this horrible old bed. The balcony furniture was very old and peeling paint. We were afraid to use the lounge chair for fear of it breaking! The sofa and chair in the living room were filthy! Didn’t want to sit on them. The only positive about this place was the incredible water pressure and the Gulf view. Otherwise it’s a NO GO!

Condo was great.

We’ve stayed in condos on the beach every summer, and, honestly, they all begin to look the same after a while. All we ask for is that it is clean, everything works, and it has a beautiful view. This place was just as it appears, spacious enough for our family of 4 and clean when we arrived. The only disappointment we had was the actual condo host literally NEVER replied to any of our messages. But LiquidLife was terrific in handling our booking so that’s an upside. All in all I’d recommend and stay there again. 👍

Nice and convenient

The unit was very nice and clean and had plenty of room for a queen air mattress. Convenient location for resturants, entertainment, and grocery stores. The only negative comments I have are that the parking passes cost $55 per vehicle and that was not mentioned in the listing description. The unit had no blanket for the pullout sofa bed. There were only four towels and two wash cloths eventhough we booked for five people. Overall the stay was pleasant and would stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay

The only reasons we didn’t give a 5 star review is because of the bed. Extremely uncomfortable. I think it’s important to have a comfortable bed in a rental. Engaging in so much activity th/out the day a good nights sleep is a must. Bed was hard as a rock. Other than that, the condo was clean, great view, AC was amazing etc etc
