Adequate room with exceptional host.

We went for a weekend getaway and the room was great for a few days stay with the group we had. A longer stay and we would have needed two less teens or a larger condo. The part that stands out to me was the communication with the host. The first thing the morning after we checked in she reached out to me to insure everything went smoothly and we had what we needed for our room. I did have one small request and it was immediately addressed. This was above and beyond the normal host, in my honest opinion.

Great stay in Clearwater Beach

Very nice property! Very clean and well kept. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nice quiet area just a few minutes from the other island activities. Host was great and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend this property.

Excellent getaway for 2

This was the perfect getaway for my wife and I. The Condo was clean and had an excellent view of the marina. Everything was within walking distance or a short drive away.

Quiet end of Clearwater Beach

My college-aged daughter & I enjoyed 3 nights at the Bayside Condos on her Spring Break. Minor hiccup with the keypad to start the trip but Jessica resolved immediately & the rest of our stay was seamless. Loved having access to beach chairs, towels, cooler, etc. Condo was the right size for us and the ideal location. Away from the hub of downtown Clearwater Beach, but a short walk to get to the action when we wanted. Would absolutely stay here again.

Cute place

Our stay was going fine until we got completely washed out. The water heater had a big leak. In two hours, we were standing in several inches of water. We cleared out quickly because I have severe mold allergies and didn't want to take any chances. While I realize this wasn't the intended outcome, the water heater was old and rusted. I think this could have been prevented. Too bad really because it was a cute place and a good price. Now to try to get our damage deposit back from VRBO...

Loved Clearwater

Condo was as advertised. Easy to access, great location, beautiful view off back porch, quiet and clean. There was a couple of slight mis cues by the (only 1 trash bag and only 1 roll of TP). Its funny because that has happened before with us at a VRBO rental. Seems all owners are chincy with TP and trash bags, go figure. Would go back to this condo for sure

Meh

The location was lovely but the couch was incredibly uncomfortable and there were no extra linens for the pullout futon. It’s not ideal and if you’re charging more than a decent hotel per night, please get a comfortable couch that pulls out into a bed. Probably not going to recommend this particular condo to anyone.

Winter Getaway

This is a quiet property away from the crush and traffic of the main business district yet close enough to nearby restaurants and shops easily within walking distance. Beaches are accessible by walking or car. We like beaches that are natural and uncrowded. Sand Beach Park is just across a nearby bridge and is very clean and quiet. A variety of restaurants are further down this road just beyond luxury, gated condos. The condo is on the 4th floor and near the elevator, so it is quiet and easily accessible. It is OK for 2 adults. It could use a better reading lamp and the sleeper sofa was a bit uncomfortable. You could feel the underneath frame. You can watch the sun rise on the balcony and glance out over a marina and the Intracoastal Waterway.

Much needed get away

OMG!! upon arrival was greeted by the on-site couple. Such a sweet couple went over the property and checked on us to ensure everything was great! The view from our room was amazing and let's not forget the cool nice scroll walks.This area is definitely on the quite side of Clearwater Beach. The condo has everything you need. All kitchens utensils, cleaning supplies and beaching accessories which definitely came in handy. just perfect for two people plus your own personal parking space. Pizza Gondolier is a restaurant you gotta go to so good. We had the pizza, shrimp scampi and lasagna. We went there twice. Also, great sport bar called Gerstle has tasty wings and chicken tacos as well as live music with trivia. Ladies if you are like me and love to shop check out International Plaza and Bay Street shopping mall in Tampa a thirty min drive. We will definitely be back real soon ❤️😘 Thank you guys so much for a lovely stay.

Great little spot

The place was a bit smaller than it looked in the pictures but it was great overall. Stayed with my wife and two teenage daughters. It was tight but doable as we did not spend a lot of time there and the owner makes good use of the space. Very clean and comfortable. Location was great and quieter than the business of Clearwater central which is just a few blocks away. You could walk everywhere you needed to. And it is an enjoyable walk. Really liked this location and being so close to the water and everything you might need. It was priced just right but unfortunately all the VRBO fees jack up the price to where it is not the bargain you think you are getting initially, but that would be with any VRBO property. Same with airlines, you think you are getting a great price but once you hit that purchase button, all of a sudden it’s not such a great deal. It’s all misleading these days. All that being said, do not hesitate to book this property, even with a family of 4, it works out just fine space wise.

Great location.

The location of this property is ideal as it is in a quieter section of the island, but close enough to walk to Pier 60 and that area. Sand Key Park and Beach is also walkable via a vigorous hike over the bridge. There are some great restaurants nearby; I highly recommend Cesare's which is exactly one block away. Having a dedicated parking spot with the unit is a big plus. The unit itself was clean but showing some wear in the fixtures. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The balcony is roomy enough for several people to sit and overlooks a marina. The kitchenette is well laid out and functional enough for short stays and easy meals, but it is compact. I found the sofa to be uncomfortable as the cushions were not very supportive. It does convert into an extra bed but we only used it for sitting. The Air Conditioning and the ceiling fans worked well and kept things comfortable. The cable TV worked fine, but the Internet was horribly slow. Luckily I had good signal with Verizon and ended up not using the WiFi. On check-in, the door code we were originally provided did not work. Fortunately I was able to message the host via the app and got a quick response with a new code that worked. There is an elevator which worked the first couple days but morning we were checking out it seemed to be having issues. The host was responsive to any issues we asked about. Overall we liked it and would stay again.

Nice Clearwater Find

The Staff is what makes this property stand out. Very friendly and seem genuinely interested in making the stay great. The property is older but clean, nice cool AC, well stocked, and reasonably priced. I wish it was a little closer to the beach but its still in walking distance.

Nice cozy condo

It was a nice cozy place in the perfect location. We were very close to the beach and lots of places to eat. The condo was clean and the pool looked great. I would definitely recommend it

First family vacation to Clearwater Florida

This was the perfect place for our family. The host was very informative. The location was perfect. Views were great. We are a family of 3 and our 8 year old daughter had no problem sleeping on the pull out couch. We loved the pool. Great place looking forward to coming back and staying in this place.

My condominium is on the residential end of the island. It has the intercoastal waterway in the backyard, one end of Sand Key Bridge across the street, a residential subdivision on the left & the business district on the right.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

A car is not needed; everything is within walking distance. To go island hopping, just take a short ride on the inexpensive yellow Jolly Trolley or blue Beach Trolley/bus.

During the day walk to the beaches, restaurants, stores, miniature golf, ice cream shoppes, get a manicure, pedicure, work out at the gym across the street, visit the library on north beach.

After dark you might go down the street for nightlife entertainment or listen to live bands at the beach bars along the sandy beaches.

When you're finished doing the touristy things, come back to the condo on the residential side of south Clearwater Beach. Relax on your balcony, swim in the pool, have some drinks poolside with a good book or some music, cook on the BBQ or just sit on the pier, look for dolphins & quietly daydream.

This is paradise...
