Perfect Canadian getaway at The Cottages on Osoyoos Lake! Aug still available!

Welcome to paradise! The Cottages on Osoyoos Lake boasts a sandy beach and marina, a community center with multiple pools, and hot tubs. We are located at the north end of Lake Osoyoos, nestled in between several vineyards and cideries and downtown Osoyoos.

Please note, the new short term rental restrictions do not affect our cottage.

Our luxury home features 3 large bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, open concept living and a fully enclosed, sun porch, that will comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Our outdoor patio is equipped with a luxurious patio set and fire table for you to relax at the end of your day with a glass of wine!

Need to bring your work with you? A dedicated work space is included as well!! Between the gorgeous Okanagan summers, and the cozy winters, our cottage is the perfect destination year round.

We are continuously adding amenities based on feedback from our guests so that you have the best experience - please read our reviews to learn more about what our guests have to say.

Outstanding! This home was perfect for our family of 8 adults. The home was equipped with everything we could need or want. Such a large space for everyone and all of the amenities were excellent! We used the pickle ball court, gym and beach! The beach chairs and wagon were awesome to bring to the beach. The area offered great golf, a huge variety of wineries- our favourite was the District in Oliver! We also picked fruit at the beautiful fruit orchards, went on a trail ride and went to the Nk’mip cultural centre. So much to do and see. Avril set out a wonderful welcome basket and checked in with us when we got there and again midweek to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this home and we hope to return again in the future!

Enjoyable experience

This was our first time renting a cottage. We were amazed on the beauty of this place. There was everything we needed in the cottage. It was easy to walk around and go to the lake and enjoyed the landscaping. There wasn’t too many things open in February but we made the best of it. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

Family reunion

We rented 2 houses, for 3 families. The house was well appointed with all that someone could and would need for a stay. Location was good , a bit far from the beach, walkable to the pool. Great location to do some bicycling, and good garage storage.

Beautiful home, well maintained. Does not have a lakeview, as advertised, that was disappointing. Pool was closed, no explanation on the doors, owner did contact us and told us why. The whole complex was very quiet and it was a restful stay. The beach is nice, but having no shade is unfortunate.

The house was clean, bright, spacious and well-stocked. It was the perfect place for our family…6 adults and two youngsters. Avril was quick to respond to any questions we had. We enjoyed the shared amenities…the grounds and the pool. The cottage had ample beach equipment for our use. It was a very good choice for us.

Perfect family vacation

We really enjoyed this vacation rental. We were 2 families with 2 young children each and it worked very well for us. Extremely clean home with stocked kitchen (all of the dishes/tools we needed to cook for 8 people the whole time) and plenty of extras such as a wagon to carry stuff to the beach, lots of beach towels, a fire pit, some lawn games, etc. We thoroughly appreciated the property overall as well with the pools (including the shallow pool which was perfect for our 3 year old), the quiet atmosphere, extensive lawns, playgrounds, and the great beach. Oh, and proximity to great wineries didn’t hurt either!

Amazing place

We were 7 girlfriends who have been friends for 36+ years who stayed here to celebrate turning 50 this year.. we had an amazing time. The house has everything you need (except to go drinking cups). The pool area is great and the beach was awesome. We had an amazing time sitting around the firepit in the evenings. A wonderful place.

We have just returned for a wonderful and relaxing vacation and we stayed at the Osoyoos Cottages. Our place was amazing, fully stocked, home away from home. It was spacious, airy and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay there and would highly recommend this place to any and everyone. Thank you Ken and Avril. You are wonderful hosts.

The “cottage” is spectacular It is a large and modern 3 bedroom house that had everything we needed. It included beach chairs, towels, wagon etc. AC worked well which was appreciated. Avril had left a welcome package with treats and wine and toys for the kids. She was in touch with us to make sure that everything was ok. And everything was ok. Nothing negative to say. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Get away!

This house was super clean and well stocked with everything one would need! It is a lovely quiet neighbourhood! The beach looked great, unfortunately we had bad weather ,so we didn’t take advantage! We had a great stay!

Early summer vacation

We loved our stay at the cottage. It was a summer dream come true. We loved having breakfasts in the solarium, mid-day retreats inside the house to cool down and the proximity to the pool and lake. Our hosts welcomed us with the sweetest little welcome package for us and our kids and the house was super well equipped with games, little bikes, pool toys and a wagon for transportation. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you for a fantastic week.

In addition to being brand new, we have tastefully furnished the cottage and have added a number of extra's to make your visit memorable. To name a few - ceiling fans in all rooms, comfort level toilets, a water softening system to further treat the already potable water, bicycles that you may use at your own risk, a wagon to carry your stuff to the beach or pool and a high chair for our special little guests.
