Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, in the gated community of Colington Harbor. 4 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms. Two masters with en-suite baths. Spacious decks, walls of windows & a top-level sun room. Open concept living area on top level with beautiful views of the harbor. Elevator allows for easy transport between the 3 floors. Located near the mouth of the harbor, deep canal will accommodate large sail/power boats. Private dock. Boat launch at Colington Marina for $25. Four season room located on bottom level with hot tub, unfinished bar area and full size refrigerator.

ROKU TV on all televisions

Lower Level- Garage space with unfinished bar area with TV and full size refrigerator. Four season room with hot tub. Adirondack chairs outside.

Mid Level- Master with en-suite bathroom, Queen Bed, TV.
2 bedrooms, Double Bed & Two Twins with full hall bath, large deck facing water with chairs & swing. Laundry room with full size washer/dryer

Upper Level- Open Living Room, Kitchen & Dining area. Master with en-suite bath, King Bed. Sun room and large deck facing water with furniture.
Decks are also located on the front of the house.

We rented this home for our anniversary weekend and it was the perfect getaway for just the two of us. The private dock made fishing so convenient—we spent hours out there fishing and enjoying the peace and quiet. Coming back to soak in the hot tub at night was pure bliss. The house itself was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Everything felt taken care of, which made the weekend stress-free and romantic. We’d happily return for another special occasion. Thank you for helping make our anniversary memorable!

Wonderful house with plenty of room for everyone. Beds were very comfortable. The community was great with the water views. We never knew this area was back on the bay side. The bottom level and the hot tub area were really nice and a pleasant surprise! With the gloomy weather we could still enjoy the hot tub since it was enclosed. Communication was great with the owner.

We were pleased to stay again. The crabbing was better in June, but that's normal from what I have read. Always beautiful views and pleasurable wildlife. Very attentive host. Hoping to return in 2026.

We enjoyed our time here and especially enjoyed crabbing and watching the Osprey parents feed their babies in the nest across the harbor! The elevator was a blessing for my handicapped husband. We hope to return in the fall.

Great Vacaion House

We enjoyed our stay. The house was located near many of the places we wished to visit and provided the feeling of a quiet neighborhood. The house was comfortable and suitable to our needs. It was what we expected from the description. The host was helpful when we had a question.

My family had a great time

We were very happy staying here. While it's a ~10min.+ drive to the beach (and to anything, really), being on the sound front more than makes up for it! The house is situated at a quiet and beautiful part of the canal. The property was clean and just as advertised. The owner was very accommodating for a special request we made, and even offered early check-in, which we appreciated. The house was spacious for our family of eight. I would certainly recommend and stay again.

Sound Side Luxury

This property was just what I was looking for to have family experience OBX. We were able to enjoy the sound, crabbing and peace of the beach area without the crowds. The owners promptly communicated and the home was very clean.

Long weekend stay

We booked this only a couple of months before our stay. We enjoyed the house, it was right on the canal. If we were staying longer, we would have brought our kayaks. We would stay here again. The owner was very responsive to our messages.

Great Vacation Place

The house was extremely clean and well taken care of. It had lots to offer - multiple decks to relax on, loved the deck swing, hot tub, bar/hangout area in back of the garage, enclosed patio area, fishing from the dock, etc etc. Beautiful inside and out!!!!! Owners were very responsive and attentive.

Beautiful home!

This home was so quiet and convenient for our long weekend. Beds were super comfortable! Kitchen had tons of dishes and cook ware, and made it super easy to fix dinners. Kids loved the hot tub since the ocean was a cold. Elevator was a huge bonus as I have mobility issues, and the main living area was on the third floor. View from the decks was amazing! Our only issue (easily rectified) was that we didn’t realize that soap and toilet paper would not be provided, which meant I had to go back out to purchase some. In all, we had an amazing vacation, and would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break in OBX

The house was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and the kitchen was clean- very important since we cooked in most days. We picked up fresh fish from one of the local markets several times, and the BBQ grill worked well. The lower floor/game and hottub area was great. The property had lots of extras too- some beach equipment, board games and cards, as well as spices in the spice rack. The laundry facility was definitely a bonus, since we were here for a full week. Great time!!! Thanks.

Beautiful House on the Water.

Loved the house. The elevator was very helpful because of our disability. The owner was helpful with the information we needed. We will be coming back when available.

Wonderful fall getaway!

This house was perfect for our off-season trip to the Outer Banks. We enjoyed coffee out on the third floor deck overlooking the water every morning, and the house was just a short drive to the ocean, local restaurants, Jockey's Ridge State Park, etc. The house was very neat and clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked with pots and pans when we stayed in to cook. We had the most relaxing weekend, and I would definitely consider staying here again!

It was lovely! We had great weather and all you could ask for.

Very clean! Beautiful house, decorated very nicely. Beautiful view! And to sit on the deck and watch the boats go by was nice as well. One small recommendation for safety is to put a mat in the shower upstairs. Felt a little slippery when getting our showers.
