The Space:
Enjoy a peaceful stay in this spacious duplex, completely renovated and ideally located a stone's throw from the Trocadéro and the Eiffel Tower! Perfectly furnished, it can accommodate up to four people.
The duplex includes on the lower floor:
• A bright and welcoming living room: has a sofa bed with a real mattress for two people (140 × 200 cm), unlimited Wi-Fi access, a Smart TV and storage space.
• A fully equipped open kitchen: oven, hotplates, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, pots and pans.
• A dining area: a space is provided to enjoy your meals comfortably.
On the upper floor:
• A bedroom upstairs: equipped with a double bed (140 × 200 cm) with new and extremely comfortable bedding, as well as storage.
• One bathroom: The bathroom has a modern shower and toilet, as well as a hairdryer, soap and shampoo.
Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.
• A laundry area: the apartment also has a washing machine, a clothes rack, an iron and an ironing board.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire apartment, ensuring a completely independent and comfortable stay.
Upon arrival, our concierge will give you a warm welcome, show you around the apartment, and share their best local recommendations to help you make the most of the capital.
Our 24/7 customer service is available before, during, and after your stay to answer any questions you may have: our team will be happy to make your experience in Paris as smooth and unforgettable as possible.
The Neighborhood:
You will be staying in a prestigious and residential area of the 16th arrondissement, between Passy and Auteuil, perfect for discovering Paris on foot while enjoying a calm, elegant and typically Parisian atmosphere. Just a few minutes' walk away, you can enjoy a coffee or brunch at iconic addresses like Carette Passy, Le Stella or La Fontaine de Mars, and lunch or dinner at renowned restaurants such as Le Suffren or Chez Françoise, perfect for a refined Parisian gastronomic experience. For your daily shopping, several shops are within walking distance: Franprix, Carrefour City, artisan bakeries and greengrocers for fresh bread, fruit, wine and local products. Getting Around:
Arriving by Metro

Arriving by Train
If you're coming from major train stations like Gare du Nord or Gare de Lyon, hop onto the metro lines that connect you to Trocadero station. Transfers are seamless, and Paris's metro system is renowned for its efficiency.
Arriving by Air
From Charles de Gaulle Airport, you can take the RER B to Châtelet-Les Halles. Transfer to Metro Line 1 towards La Défense until Franklin D. Roosevelt. Change to Line 9 towards Pont de Sèvres and get off at Trocadero.
From Orly Airport, take the Orlyval to Antony, then the RER B to Denfert-Rochereau. Transfer to Metro Line 6 towards Charles de Gaulle Étoile and exit at Trocadero.

Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM. until 9:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 9:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.
Deposit Requirement
A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.
Additional fees
Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.

Internet Etiquette
