Este encantador apartamento de 1 dormitorio (45 metros cuadrados) está situado en el distrito 7, rue de Bourgogne en el 6º piso (con ascensor) de un edificio del siglo 18. Tiene una vista espectacular de la torre Eiffel y los tejados de París.
Totalmente reformado por el arquitecto, este apartamento tiene una gran vista de París y sus principales monumentos y aficionados pueden disfrutar de hermosas puestas de sol sobre la capital. Situado en la planta superior del espacio es muy tranquilo (el ascensor va todo el camino hasta la sexta planta). El apartamento es un dúplex con aire acondicionado en el dormitorio. Es el lugar perfecto para un viajero que quieren permanecer en el mejor y más elegante "arrondissement" de la ciudad más bella del mundo. A poca distancia de los Champs Elysées, Saint Germain, Montparnasse, el Museo Orsay, el Grand Palais y la Torre Eiffel.

Very clean top-floor apartment with an incredible view of the Eiffel Tower. Great neighborhood and a quick walk into St. Germain. Host communication was flawless. We were greeted upon arrival and received great instructions on accessing the apartment and amenities were pointed out nicely. Would definitely stay here again!

Paris just for fun

The apartment was just as described with incredible views of the Eiffel Tower. It is a great location close to the tower, the river and several other attractions. We walked the area day and night. It is a very safe area. We loved it!

Loved the location and the clean, quaint and simple apartment. Close to everything and had everything we needed. We felt like we were Parisians for the week, not tourists. Enjoyed waking to the major sites every day and watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle each night! Recommend!

Loved that we could see the Eiffel Tower from living room,this was very cozy. The lift was so useful I would not want to walk up the stairs with all my luggage, it was so cute! Location was perfect and surprisingly quiet. Love it! Thanks so much!

My husband and I just spent a fabulous week at the most charming apartment with an incredible view of the Eiffel Tower. It was super clean with a very comfortable bed and we loved everything about it. Our host Dan met our every need. Wonderful!! We will definitely return!

Perfect place/location for two!

We stayed here for a week and it was absolutely perfect! The Eiffel Tower is framed beautifully from the windows. Watching it sparkle every night was a dream! The amenities made staying here for a week easy and we were a short walking distance to several metro and bus stops. There was also an elevator for us tired tourists. Dom was a wonderful host and was very communicative before and during our stay! We definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Definitely deserves 5 stars. Location - amazing! Communication and cleanliness - best we've experienced. Wine, water, beer and apple juice in the fridge. Apartment - so "Parisian". View - the Eiffel Tower at night is unforgettable!

Beautiful View of the Eiffel Tower

Wonderful apartment that is perfectly situated for exploring all that Paris has to offer. The view of the Eiffel Tower and the city is awesome! Communication with Dom was clear and easy. We were met by Julie who immediately made us feel welcome. Merci Beaucoup! Will stay here again if we are lucky enough to visit Paris again.

Made Paris a home for me

It was homey yet modern chic and private yet looking out at much of Paris. I would love to come back and think of having again a friend or 2 over for drinks. It sports privacy, as well as, togetherness. It is quiet and lovely. Even as you enter the building, the gate opens by itself and you enter the Paris that hides behind its beautiful facades. Charming left bank hideaway

The view cannot be beat! We loved our stay in this charming loft. Walking distance to the Musée D'Orsay and Ivalides. Lovely neighborhood spots to eat and drink. Dan was always in close communication if we needed something. We let him know we'd be arriving early on a Sunday and got into the apartment no problem. We didn't meet him but the concierge service he uses was also great. Julie was very attentive and nice, great communication as well. Wonderful place!

Couldn't have stayed in a better place

The place is amazing. The listing pictures do not do the view justice. Great location triangulated between the Eiffel Tower, the Seine, and the Latin Quarter. Could walk/bike just about everywhere, with the added bonus of a good number of cafes & grocery shops within a few minutes' walking distance. Only downside was that the place was little cramped with a lot of (in my opinion, unnecessary) furniture. We moved that out of the way once we got there and had an amazing time. The place is small and quaint and perfect for a newly-wed couple.

It was everything the add said ,Great view of the Eiffel tower, Loved cooking dinner watching it twinkle at night,It was convenient to everything,away from all the tourist in a quite neighborhood.It was clean and cute ,shower has good water pressure,. Owner was very attentive if we needed something we just emailed him and he got back with us quickly, We felt safe coming in late at night I don't know of a thing I would change about this apt. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location

When you walk in, be prepared to say bonjour to the Eiffel Tour, because it’s right in front of you! Dan is an excellent host and even though we didn’t get to meet, he was super responsive on email or any other form of communication. Julie who greeted me was also super responsive and available for anything I could have needed. The elevator is tiny, but me and my luggage made it! The apartment is great for one or two people….the bed is very comfortable and bathroom and kitchen are stocked with everything a person needs. Thanks Dan for a wonderful stay!

Jaw Dropping View of the Eiffel Tower!

The photos in the VRBO listing did not due the view justice! Our jaws literally dropped when we the view of the Eiffel Tower from our window. The place was spotless. Our host even left snacks and a bottle of wine for us! Flawless check-in, even though our French was very weak. Dan was highly responsive, and the neighborhood was convenient to Metro lines, shopping, and the local cafes were awesome! I highly, highly, highly recommend this listing!

Romantic First Visit to Paris

We enjoyed our first visit to Paris in this well appointed apartment with a romantic view of the Eiffel Tower. Julie greeted us and showed us around. We walked the city and over almost all the neighborhoods, and fell in love with Paris. The flat is perfect for a couple. It is serviced by a small elevator (typical in Paris), but we used the lovely stairway that got us to the penthouse apartment. (We took photos of this artistic staircase.). Highly recommend this apartment for both first timers and experienced Paris travelers. Merci! Emily and Fernando
