LOVELY 3 bedroom Oceanwoods Cottage, Walk to Resort Center!

Kiawah Island is know for it's natural beauty, extensive wildlife, and sandy beaches. This 3 bedroom cottage is the perfect location in Oceanwoods neighborhood of West Beach for enjoying all the island has to offer. The beach is a short 3-4 minute walk. The proximity to Night Heron Park, with basketball courts, a soccer field, playground, and Nature Center, makes it ideal for families.

The bright great room is a combination of the spacious kitchen, dining area with seating for 6, and the comfortable living room. The updated kitchen includes granite counter tops and new appliances. The living room offers plenty of seating and flat screen TV for your to enjoy. Located just off the living room is an enclosed sunroom featuring a sectional couch perfect to steal away with a good book.

The master bedroom features a King sized bed and private bathroom. The first guest room contains a king bed, while the second guest room features two twin beds. There is a full bathroom located between these two guest rooms.

This cottage sits next to a scenic lagoon and has a large deck with a gas grill for cooking out. It is perfect for enjoying the outdoors!

Comfortable home in great location

We loved our stay in this home with a very short walk to the beautiful beaches of Kiawah. It's a great spot for biking and close to many good restaurants. The beds were comfortable and we loved relaxing on the sun porch for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Just right!

A lovely home close to the beach. From the comfortable beds and the well equipped kitchen, to the gas grill and multiple tv channels, we couldn’t have asked for a more accommodating getaway. We enjoyed family walks on the quiet beach in the beautiful fall weather! We hope to visit again soon!

Lovely place to enjoy a lovely beach

We had a great spring break stay - walk to the beach every morning, enjoy biking and running on the paths, make a family dinner in the well-appointed kitchen, work a little in the sunroom - just perfect for our family.

Family Vacation

For our family reunion multiple households rented different properties all in a mile radius on the island - had the best time and our rental was perfect for the occasion! So close to the beach, resort, and drivable to Charleston!

Great house - Close to the Beach - Perfect for family of 4 or 5

Loved this house and the location. The Bed in the Master was super comfortable. It was a sleep number bed. The living room furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We really enjoyed the house. We were missing a piece to the toilet paper holder when we arrived and I never called to report it - it was a minor inconvenience. I would recommend changing out the toaster as it only worked half the time. And I would also recommend cleaning the vents in in the bedroom with the twin beds. It looked like there was some dirt buildup in the vents on the ceiling and that was a little concerning. This house was really great to spend the week in. I would definitely return back to it. Great location and easy walk or ride to the beach.

Great location and great house

The location can’t be beat and the house is great. We did have cockroaches dead on the floor and live in drawers upon arrival. (I think it’s pretty common for that to happen in the south, I’m from the north east so not totally used to it). So for the price, which was a LOT of money, I’d Expect no bugs. However, The house had everything we needed. I’m a Chef and was very pleased with all utensils, blenders, pots, pans, etc. I made coffee and cooked numerous meals here and it was so easy. The master bed was VERY comfortable. The back porch is great. Even though there were the bugs (it might be unavoidable) I’d rent this house again!

Excellent

We have been to Kiawah several times and stayed various places. Our stay at 477 has topped our list and certainly hope to be back and stay there again. Very clean and the cottage included everything we needed. The deck overlooking the lagoon provided a wonderful view of the islands nature.
