High Demand Unit! This building is built in the 2000's, is a smaller condo than many on the local beaches! This direct Gulf Front southwest corner unit will be your piece of paradise. The spacious and bright 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit with a private balcony has everything you need to make memories of a lifetime. The condo is updated with new floors, furniture, and a beautiful large kitchen and open floor plan. The bedrooms each have ceiling fans. The master bedroom has direct Gulf views, a king-size bed, flat-screen TV with cable, and an en-suite bathroom with a step-in shower. The 2nd and 3 bedrooms each have 2 twin beds. The convenience of a full-size washer and dryer right in the unit is something to treasure as well. The condo has two assigned undercover parking spaces that accommodate compact and mid-size vehicles only (no recreational vehicles including motorcycles), and a community gas grill and pool on property. Beautiful sand dunes add to the privacy of the property and a path to the Gulf of Mexico, directly in front of your condo. Over-height vehicles can be accommodated 2 blocks away. Sun and Sea is a non-smoking building in its entirety.

Beautiful view

The unit was clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a vacation from home. The beach is awesome ... clean and not overcrowded. Close to everything including great restaurants. The view from the balcony was outstanding. The elevator made moving your luggage and groceries easy.

Our stay at Sun and Sea

Loved the location ... however, we were never called telling us the property was ready. The other negatives ...the clothes rack in the master bedroom is so high, I couldn’t reach it. The same for the shower “rack”.

Would stay again

Only cleanliness issue was the sand still on the floor throughout and grimy glass on sliding doors (clean now). Everything else was clean. Huge condo. Plenty of hot water for all. Nicely decorated. Storm knocked out wifi but was quickly resolved by Plumlee. Once again couldn't escape the neighbors smoking on balcony and wafting to us. Good location. Mid point between John's Pass and Clearwater. Nice selection of beach items for use was appreciated.

Not the best, not the worst

When searching for a vacation rental, I am very picky about the decor, view and location. This was our 2nd time visiting Indian Rocks Beach but unfortunately the condo we rented last year (which was amazing), was out of our budget this year. I spent two weeks looking through various listings in the area and settled on Sun and Sea B4. The pictures and the view with palm trees was the best I could find under $3000 for the week. First, I’ll start with the cons: 1) upon arrival condo was 84 degrees, AC was not working properly but we turned it off then back on, set it to 65 and it finally got comfortable. Overnight it started getting too warm again and was 76 when I woke up. Husband took the thermostat off the wall, disconnecting it. When he reconnected, it worked fine the rest of the week. 2) Both showers had mold/mildew in several areas. We went out to buy mildew remover bathroom spray, and cleaned it ourselves. In a world where commercial cleaning protocols are supposed to be stricter, it’s obvious the showers had not been sanitized for a while. 3) there were tiny bugs coming in around the kitchen window and onto the countertops 4) coffee pot was not working (we went out to buy a new one) 5) refrigerator water dispenser not working, so we bought purified water to use for coffee 6) kitchen sink faucet was loose and missing the button for the spray feature 7) rented two beach umbrellas from the office, both locking mechanisms were broke 8) flush chain in the master toilet came off so we had to pull the drain valve up in the tank by hand until we could go buy pliers to fix it (at that point we were tired of having to report issues and having maintenance come in the condo so we did it ourselves) Now, the pros: 1) Any and every problem that we reported, the office had someone out to take care of it. The ladies in the office were super nice. Management refunded our cleaning fee due to the moldy shower and reimbursed us for the coffee pot. I appreciate their prompt responses to all of the issues. 2) This is one of the nicer decorated condos in the area in this price range, from what I can tell researching rentals. 3) Having a full sized washer and dryer in the unit was nice. And, unlike many vacation rentals, they worked perfectly, drying in one cycle. 4) There is a tailgate tent in the master and we left a new beach umbrella. Overall, I might stay here again, but will probably try a new area next year.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was perfect, clean and spacious. Very secure with codes for all entrances. It had a very warm and clean pool and was situated in a great location within walking distance to many businesses. Great area to ride our bikes as well.
