Maui Dream - Remodeled Ocean View Penthouse, Steps to World Class Beach

Come stay at our remodeled Maui dream home!

Amazing location right across from Charley Young Beach (next to Kama'ole 1), wonderful Maui swimming and snorkeling beach. The condo has an ocean view from lanai. Charley Young Beach is directly across the street.

Our condo is on the top (4th) floor in building #1 and is one of the biggest and nicest guest suites in the Maui Vista complex. Since it's in the first building of 3, it provides the best ocean and pool view in the complex, as well as plenty of privacy since the condo is located near the end cap. Enjoy the sunset from the Lanai balcony before you take a soak in our romantic Jacuzzi tub. The condo is air conditioned, has two showers, all the usual amenities, PLUS free WiFi. The kitchen is fully stocked, has modern backsplash, granite counter tops, stainless range, sink and dishwasher.

Kihei/Wailea location because it gets more sun than most of Maui (some parts of Maui can be quite wet!). Kihei is also centrally located, making it easy to take a quick trip to Wailea shopping and restaurants, Lahaina (west side) or the North shore (which is great for sports). Kahului (where the airport is) is only 15-20 minutes away. This is also where you would start your trip to Hana if you want to explore the wilder east side of the island. Or of course, just stay in Kihei and enjoy all of its amenities. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars, golf courses, and more, are all within walking distance. And the beach is directly across the street - only a 2 minute walk away!

Extremely nice unit in Maui Vista

We were there for 6 days our stay was very good, the views from the lanai were amazing the property owner Yelena was exceptional we did find couple issues and she take care right away, the condominium has everything to feel like home, kitchen utensils and also has beach toys chairs and umbrella which was very helpful on our stay and the beach was right across the street from our unit definitely we would stay here on our futures trip to Maui and I will strongly recommend this place to friends and family.

Great Experience

Awesome location!

Great location, so close to the beach. Great amenities including pack and play, beach gear and laundry. Great pools. Excellent and prompt help from host when needed. Would definately stay again!

Fantastic location

Great condo in a great location. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Close to amenities and excellent communication with owner. Upstairs bathtub/shower might be difficult to get in/out if you have mobility issues.

Not a bad place to be stuck inside

We enjoyed our stay very much, good location in downtown Kihei. Comfortable beds, well stocked with blankets and towels. Kitchen was very nice. Washer and dryer in unit and all kinds of beach and tennis equipment.

My family and I recently enjoyed this fantastic condo at S. Kihei. The host was very responsive with communication, and the condo was exceptional. The condo is clean in all aspects. It was quiet in the bedrooms, and very comfortable on the lanai. Everything worked that was available as an amenity without flaw. I really can’t say anything more than the condo provided by Yelena is great. If anyone is considering it as a rental, do so with confidence. We hope it’s available on our future trips to Kihei. Thanks for making it a great place to relax after some Maui adventures!

Beautiful Location

The condo was clean, neat and contained all the needed basics. Only a walk from the beach and beautiful views. Property manager was very responsive as the door lock has a couple issues. My only suggestion is better AC. It did work but it’s barely hanging on. Thank you we had a great trip

Great place to stay!

Wonderful and easy access to shops and beach. Very clean and two large bathrooms were wonderful! Communication through out our planning and process was wonderful! Looking forward to coming back and staying there again! :)

Short walk to great beach

Very nice place right across street from Charlie Young beach! A little confusing trying to find the place but very well appointed and great location. We even saw a neon-lit bicycle parade! Happy accident, we found a place for great food, outdoor dining, and the BEST mai tais! Ami Ami!!

Great space for a family trip.

Could not have asked for a better place to stay, accommodations, everything. The owner was great, helped suggest places, called to make sure we got checked it. Super nice, friendly. It was the best location to the pool, great view, beach access. It made for a easy, and relaxing stay with kids. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you!!

Nice place, excellent location, extremely responsive host

Everything about this condo was great. The location was very good. Walking distance to one of the best beaches in Kihei (where the sea turtles hang out!) and very near many restaurants & shops. The condo was comfortable and pretty. Our kids loved the loft. Basic kitchen necessities were provided. Many nice-to-haves were available for our use (including beach towels, beach chairs & umbrella, and snorkel gear). The grounds were decent. Swimming pool was small but functional. The view of the sunset from the lanai was very nice! The host was *extremely* proactively informative as well as very responsive We'd stay again.

Great location, very nice place!

Condo was near perfect for our family of 4. Well stocked with all the necessities, including beach items. Favorite part was the lenai- nice view of the water and beautiful landscaping all around. Showers were both pretty short, but we are all 5'11" or taller, so it comes with the territory. Hosts were very responsive and quite helpful. Minor issue with access, but owners quickly resolved the problem. Wish we could have stayed longer! Mahalo

Great Property!

Great property! Great location! Great owner! Doesn’t get much better than this condo. The location is perfect, wonderful views, easy walking access to everything you need. The condo was fully stocked with all essentials. So nice to have boogie boards and chairs. The owner was so responsive and so understanding when we had to make some changes. She really went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend!

Cute and great views

This property was very cute, has a great view from the balcony and is close to the ocean (3 min walk or less). It’s a 15 minute walk to some great shops and food. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Maui Condo

Our experience with this property and owner was wonderful from start to finish. The condo was beautiful and fit our family comfortably. The views of the ocean from the lanai are amazing. Location is in Kihei near beaches, restaurants, and shops, all within walking distance. Perfect place for a stay in paradise.

Fabulous start to our vacation

We loved staying in this 4th floor condo. It was great to be on the top floor because you get the best view of the ocean from the porch. Since we booked our vacation only 3 weeks out, we had to move condos. This was our favorite location. We loved being so close to the Cove and the restaurants/shopping. We also loved Charley Young Beach. We saw a lot of sea turtles, especially when snorkeling to the right. Yelena was very responsive and worked with us when we realized the pool was closed for repairs and then when we asked for a late checkout. She patiently answered my many questions about the area and condo. The condo was very comfortable. My son didn’t want to share the second bedroom with his sister and so slept comfortably on the pull out couch. We loved all the beach equipment: chairs, boogie boards, etc. The condo had been recently updated and was very clean. We would definitely book this condo again!

Amazing 2-level apartment

Amaizing place, great location. The owner responds quickly to any questions we had, regardless before booking or after check in. A small unclarity on VRBO listing has been resolved by the owner's response. Upon our arrival, the room was clear, labeled "sanitized" and staffed with everything we needed. We have found 3 coffee makers! We didn't have enough time to use all 3 TVs though ;) The owner sent us valuable recommendations on places to visit and eat. Some of those we knew and planned, other were great doscovery. The appartment is spacious and bright. Mirrors on one of the walls add even more pleasant feeling, especially reflecting breathtaking ocean view.

Location, location, location

The location is perfect - a short walk to beach and to stores with the bonus of being able to watch the sun set every evening from the balcony. The communication with owner was immediate. Would love to visit again.

Our favorite Maui beach is directly across the street, less than 100 yards away. We have tons of restaurants, bars and shops, including a grocery store, within walking distance. Other Maui attractions (such as the North Shore, which we visit a lot, or Lahaina, and many others) are not far, since Kihei is centrally located. The airport is nearby. Kihei is also sunnier than other parts of Maui - it actually rains a lot in some parts of Maui!
