Upon entering the home the striking panoramic views of the lush and secluded backyard grasp your attention. Imagine lush grass with plenty of space to play cornhole, chase the kids around, or have a great backyard BBQ on the Weber charcoal grill. All this seclusion just footsteps from the heart of the Village of Siesta Key.
Beach Day? Everything you need (beach cart, chairs, bag, towels, cooler) is stocked.
Veg-out Day? Enjoy the rocking chairs under the covered front porch or bask in the sun on the outdoor furniture on the back patio. If A/C is your thing, all 3 bedrooms plus the living room have WIFI connected televisions to watch your favorite channels.
Foodie? Dozens of restaurants within walking distance will satisfy any appetite.

Guest Room #2: A cozy, private, 3rd room includes bunk beds, a desk for remote work or school and a 42" WIFI connected Samsung TV. Bonus space a bunk bed with two twin mattresses. Both bunks have task lamps and USB plugs for those important electronics. Also, it has a desk and tv.
Sofa-sleeper in living room: Folds out to a queen Serta mattress
All bedrooms include high quality sheets. Extra sheets and blankets are available to meet all comfort needs.

The house is treated quarterly for mosquitos and bugs to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. There is weekly lawn maintenance.

We live in Michigan and bought this home in July 2020. It is a special place to us and we enjoy the time we get to spend there relaxing, walking to the beach, sharing stories and just unwinding from our busy schedules or work and school.

LOCATION: We have had friends stay at the home and they can't believe how great the location is. Less than 20 minutes from SRQ airport and within 75 minutes from four different major airports (SRQ, PGD, TPA, RSW). Save your money, you DO NOT need to rent a car. It's a 2-minute walk to the grocery store and a dozen restaurants and a 5-minute walk to the beach.
THE HOME FOR EVERYONE: Like a chameleon, this home adjusts to so many lifestyles. Some days, we just want to chill out on the rocking chairs on the front porch. Others, we enjoy basking in the sun of the southern exposure backyard. If exercise is your thing, walk or run on the side streets and beach. With so many restaurants and cool places for the kids, you'll never run out of things to do. During a recent stay, we had ages in the house ranging from 8 years old to 74 years old and everyone had a great time. Even with 6-8 people in the home, there is plenty of space inside and out for privacy.
LUXURY FEEL: We get asked a lot if we hired a professional decorator. The pictures online look nice, but the fit-and-finish of the home feels even better. Leather chairs, throws, high-end sheets and pillows and dimmable lights throughout the home create a warm, cozy feeling, parallel to the experience of staying in a luxury high-end Villa. We hope you enjoy.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
Location! This house has the best location in Siesta Key. We can walk everywhere within minutes. We love walking to the beach and going to all the fantastic restaurants and shops. The best part of our day is heading to the beach for the sunset and then grabbing ice cream in town.
