Bright and cozy studio in an arty neighborhood
This lovely, cozy, and well-appointed studio is located just a few minutes' walk from Place des Terreaux, one of Lyon's most iconic landmarks, and at the foot of the slopes of the Croix-Rousse silk-weaving district.
It is on the 2nd floor (without an elevator) of a typical Lyon building, and boasts beautiful natural light thanks to its two windows and unobstructed views of the lower Croix-Rousse district and the Jardin des Plantes.
You'll enjoy a charming little living room with original exposed stonework, including an HD TV and sofa area, a pleasant bar/dining area for 2, and a beautiful, small, modern, fully equipped kitchen for cooking.
In a separate room, you'll find a beautiful, modern bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Sleeping quarters include a comfortable 140x190 double bed, accessible via a secure metal ladder, on a mezzanine overlooking the living room (maximum height at bed level: 1.50m).
Fiber optic Wi-Fi is available, and sheets and towels are included.
Courtesy items are available (pasta, rice, a few coffee and tea pods, etc.), as well as a Traveler's Guide that will provide you with all the information you need about the apartment (Wi-Fi code, instructions, etc.) and useful tips for visiting Lyon.
Check-in is 100% autonomous from 3 p.m. via a smart lock. Check-out is also autonomous and possible until 11 a.m. on the day of your departure.

Late checkout until 1 p.m. is available for an additional 18E (must be requested by the day before at the latest).
As stated in the listing, parties and any loud events (loud music, etc.) that could disturb the neighbors are strictly prohibited in the apartment.

Respect for the property and the neighborhood:
We are happy to share with you an apartment designed to offer comfort and quality. Please treat this space as if it were your own so that it remains pleasant for future guests. To this end, we ask you to:
Respect the residential environment:
Comply with the building's internal regulations.
Avoid any noise that may disturb the neighbors, especially between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Energy savings:
Close the windows, turn off the lights and heating when leaving the apartment.
Keep the apartment in good condition:
When you leave, please empty your trash cans, wash your dishes, and leave the apartment tidy. This is a sign of respect for the cleaning staff who take care of our guests' well-being.
Responsibility in the event of disturbances or breakdowns:
We remind you that we cannot be held responsible for elements or incidents beyond our control. This includes:
Any noise disturbances coming from the building, such as parties organized by neighbors.
Noise outside the apartment related to city life (traffic noise, etc.).
Temporary breakdown of the building's elevator.
Unpredictable breakdowns of equipment or appliances, such as dead batteries in a remote control or a burnt-out light bulb. We are unable to predict such incidents in advance.
Internet outages attributable to the provider or network degradation, whether inside or outside the building.
Strictly prohibited:
Smoking: strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
Subletting or transfer of the lease: strictly prohibited, under penalty of legal action.
Use of the toilet: The toilet is intended exclusively for biological waste and toilet paper. Any other use will result in a charge for service.
Use of beds: The sofa and other surfaces must not be used as beds. Only beds and sofa beds provided for this purpose are permitted.
Modification or alteration prohibited: Any modification to the layout of the apartment, paintwork, furniture, decoration, or any movable or immovable element of the apartment is prohibited.
Events and parties: strictly prohibited.
Animals (pets or otherwise): strictly prohibited.
Tenant responsibility:
You are responsible for any damage or loss occurring during your stay. Repair or replacement costs will be charged at cost.
Any modification or alteration to the premises is prohibited and will result in repair costs.
You must be covered by rental liability insurance, including theft, fire, water damage, and neighbors' claims.
