The apartment comprises

- A spacious 35 m² living room with flat-screen TV, 4 large windows, coffee tables, storage cupboards with molding and sofa bed for one person.
- Dining area with table and 4 chairs.
- Open-plan fitted kitchen including steam oven, fridge with freezer, silent dishwasher, hob, hood, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso capsule coffee maker...
- A mezzanine bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200cm Confort Grand Hôtel) overlooking the Saône river and blackout blinds (approx. 1.50m high). 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), and your bed will be made up on arrival.
- A bathroom with two windows overlooking the courtyard, with walk-in shower and rain shower, washbasin and storage unit. Access from both the living room (sliding door) and the entrance hall.
- Separate WC at the end of the hallway adjoining the bathroom.
- Large dressing room with plenty of storage space, accessible from the entrance and bathroom.

A washing machine and tumble dryer are located just below the stairs to the mezzanine, as well as a clothesline, fan, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in the city, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops (Bakery and organic grocery 100 meters away) but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
