This is your 4-bedroom dream villa for your vacation! The house is very well decorated and is luxurious in every way. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare a meal for your family and friends. It even has a separate wine-fridge. What more do you want!
The dining room table is large enough to seat your group and in the living room, the seating is stylish and comfortable.

The Master bedroom has a King bed, and the Master bathroom could be one from a five-star hotel. It has a very large walk-in shower and a huge stand-alone tub. You will also find a half bath on the first floor.

On the second floor you will find the other three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a King and its own bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The other two bedrooms both have a Queen and share a bathroom, also with a shower tub combination.

On the back porch there is a high top with chairs overlooking the Marina, so you can enjoy your drinks after an active day at the water. It also has a BBQ.
In the garage you will find two Kayaks and life vests which you can use during your stay. And, last but not least, there is a commercial icemaker in the garage. So, no worries about your catch staying fresh (or your beer staying cold). The house offers free WIFI.

If you bring a boat (we can accommodate boats up to 27 ft) you can rent a boat slip, which is located right behind the villa. This house has its own parking area across the street, so you can easily park your car and if necessary, your trailer(s).
The community has a nice swimming pool with a large pool deck, which is located just two doors down from this villa.
