Trip with a group of friends to the springs for scalloping and we had a BLAST. This house is gorgeous and location is perfect. Beds are comfortable and having a pool was a great addition. Kitchen was fully equipped and the extra smaller kitchen downstairs was helpful. We loved our stay and would definitely come back to this beautiful house!

The property was perfect in location and size and cleanliness. We wish we could book it again next year but it's already booked! Thank you to the host(s) who we never had to contact because everything was great. When we checked out around 9:00 am, we phoned and left message for host we were checked out and additional information. We would definitely try to book this property in the future.

This house is amazing both location, amenities and spectacular views. So much nicer than pictures. The host provided everything you can think of to make the stay enjoyable, comfortable and relaxing. Nicely furnished and everything was clearly labeled making it easy to find. There is plenty of parking with room for boat parking on driveway. There is also a dock with room for up to 2 boats with water, electric and fish cleaning station. Loved the paddle boards and kayaks. We plan to return and highly recommend this property to others. Awesome property !!!!

So first of all as a die hard boat owner, we were especially pleased with the dock that said the place was better than described. Well equipped, clean in the process could not have been easier. We have been to Crystal River eight years in a row scalloping as a family we will never use another house except this one. The only thing that I would suggest is that if you have a boat launch it first before pulling into the neighborhood as it is a little tight getting the trailer in and out. The place was well equipped. It was well decorated and very well. Taken care of. You can tell that the owners take a great deal of pride in this home and we treated it as such. I cannot say enough good about the check-in process the checkout process in our time there.

The place was great. Easy boat access to the gulf. House was perfect for everything we needed. The only downside was the outlets on the dock did not work to plug boats in because of all the rain and pumps coming on. Besides that it was great.
