Waterfront! Boat dock available for, families welcome!

This 4-bedroom villa is the right-hand side of this duplex Manatee. It is located next to the boat ramp on the Canal of the Marina. If you bring a boat (we can accommodate boats up to 27 ft and for this villa, we even can go up a bit more), you can rent a boat slip.

As you walk up to the front door you will notice a nice seating area on the front porch, a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. Once inside you will see the dining room area and a small bar. The kitchen is well equipped. The living room is a cozy space for you to relax.

You will find the Master bedroom on the first floor, it has a King and its own TV, and the bathroom has a walk-in shower, a bathtub and a double vanity.
On the back porch you will also find a small seating area. A great place to enjoy your evening drink and watch the boats come in. You will also find the gas BBQ on the back porch.

On the second floor you will find the other three bedrooms.
The smaller bedroom has a Twin, with a trundle. The third bedroom has two Twins. The second and third bedroom share a bathroom with a double vanity and a shower/tub combination.
The fourth bedroom has a Queen and a connected bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The house has a two-car garage. This house offers free WIFI.
The community has a nice swimming pool with large pool deck which is located at the end of the road towards the Homosassa River.

We ended up having an above beyond wonderful experience in Homosassa with the people that we met and the opportunities that were given to us.Our accommodations were in a perfect location, easy entry felt secure, clean as clean could be. We only had one issue due to lack of communication with the property manager and myself with the use of the golf cart that he did not specify he only put it in parentheses (golf cart) , but the keys were in the golf cart and we decided to move it out to use it and we were told that we were not able to.Spoke to Mr Fran and let him know that we do have pictures of the golf cart in the garage and one of the sites when we looked up the property.Regardlessly my son dropped off a golf cart and us ladies had a phenomenal time. I would rent from that location again, knowing that there’s not a golf cart of use so my suggestion would be to take the golf cart out or put it in bold letters, golf cart, excluded, and don’t leave the keys in the golf cart

Very nice unit, if you like stairs, not as clean as should be the master bedroom sheets had not been cleaned manager got right on it

Homassa

House worked out great for us. Walked to a bar down the street and had drinks with some locals. Had enough kitchen pans to cook breakfast for our group.

Scalloping trip

I stayed at this property with my family for a scalloping trip. The house was nice and accommodated our needs for 8 people. Some advice for the owners would be to provide at least one roll of paper towels for the guests, maybe at least 2 trash bags, and the boat rental space is small for a 24-foot boat (it fit but it stuck out quite a bit and was difficult to maneuver in and out of). BRING YOUR OWN PAPER TOWELS, TRASH BAGS, AND TOILET PAPER. The upstairs bathroom tub in the queen bedroom also takes a long time to drain and needs to be fixed. It took 1-2 hrs after a shower to drain. The other bathrooms were fine. The living room only has seating to 4 people with a couch and small chair so more sitting space is needed to accommodate 8 people. It also stated the house had parking for 4 cars (maybe 4 very small cars but 2 trucks and a Jeep Cherokee was pushing it) Only one car could fit in the garage and 2 trucks slightly were in the road in the driveway. There however is overflow parking for boat trailers and other cars so that worked out. Overall, though, the house was a nice accommodation for our scalloping weekend, in a great location (right on the Homosassa River) and had space for 8 people to sleep also at a reasonable price. We just wish we would have caught more scallops.

Great location and nice layout of the house.

Said that there was enough room for 4 cars and there was not. Had to pack 2 of the cars away from the house. Not enough wash rags for everyone. Had wash the ones we had everyday. Was left a little bit of paper towels and no trash bags or dishwasher soap had to go and buy. The stove was not clean and the grill was very dirty, so we were not able to use the grill. We did have enough room for everyone and loved the location. I left the Publix bags to be used as trash bags in the bathrooms if you wanted to use them and placed trash bag in the trash container in the kitchen.

TradeWinds Homosassa Marina Resort is a very special place especially for boat lovers and fishermen. All the luxury villa's do have a boat slip for rent. Our property is on the Homosassa River with direct acces to the Golf of Mexico (app. 20 mins.).
