Lovely penthouse apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. Could not be more central to restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. The flat is fully furnished and very comfortable. Very quiet despite being in the middle of a bustling area. Nice private courtyard entry with a garden and elevators. The host was very prompt and responsive with questions and communication. The manager met us and ensured we were well situated and comfortable. I traveled with my two siblings, which worked out well. The main floor bedroom is more spacious than the listing photos indicate and is opposite a half bathroom. The shower is a separate bathroom, also on the main floor. In the loft area is a king sized bed, a half bathroom and a queen sized sofabed. The stairs were easy to navigate and the kitchen was very well furnished. From the beautiful tall windows are views of the Palais, Louvre and Eiffel Tower, which has a sparkling light show at the top of each hour. Very special location with amazing hosts.

Very much enjoyed our week long stay at this property as a family of 4. Location could not be better for walking and transit options. Also very thankful for the flexible check-in/check-out timing. Onsite support, Isabel, was wonderful and responsive. The home is actually larger than we expected, it has a study/bedroom separately with a pull-out bed and an upstairs loft with a queen and TV room. This wasn't super clear from the listing/photos but it was a good amount of space. Beds were comfortable. 2 toilets and 1 shower in a separate area. Kitchen had all needed amenities, only surprise was the washer/dryer system did not have a dryer so we had to hang dry our items. One AC unit in the loft bedroom upstairs which was very effective, fans available throughout the rest of the home. The view was also nice with rooftops and the Eiffel. Elevator was small but worked well to get to the top floor (where the home is). Overall we had a wonderful stay and would recommend, thank you!

A great location, near two Metro stops and lots of restaurants. The apartment was a delight, decorated with an interesting collection of art. It really felt like we were true Parisians.

Clean and quiet apt. in the perfect location

We were welcomed and given a tour of the apartment at check in. The apartment is well located within walking distance of several sites, restaurants and metro stations. It was the perfect base for exploring Paris. We also appreciated that the apartment included everything needed - fridge, microwave, tv, etc. It was a private, quiet and comfortable place to stay.

Beautiful Apartment, Great Location

This is a wonderful, well-equipped and maintained apartment, with a great location for touring Paris. The view of the Eiffel tower at night is a nice bonus as well. Our host was very responsive and helpful, and met us upon arrival to get us settled. The early check-in time was great after our trans-Atlantic flight. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and stylish apartment

Our stay was wonderful in every way. The apartment was up-to-date with amenities and very comfortable. Isabel, our Paris contact, speaks very good English and was very helpful. An added bonus: We could see the Eiffel Tower from the apartment. During the evening hours, on the hour until 1 am the tower lit up and put on quite a show! We hope to return someday.

Perfect penthouse flat with Eiffel Tower views

A beautifully appointed apartment along the Seine. Easy train access from CDG airport via RER B to St Michel stop. Vibrant Saint Germain neighborhood with easy walking access to all major sites. Wonderful local markets and shops. Sylvie was in contact frequently to check in as we were there the week of the Olympic opening ceremony, she provided all the necessary documents to allow our travel pass within the secure zone, making the islands feel private as we strolled after dinner. Would hope to stay again someday.

Heart of Paris

This property is stunning and central to so many Paris sites. Right on the Seine within steps of restaurants, shops. A warm relaxing quiet apartment with a stunning nightly view of the Eiffel Tower. Perfect! Thank you for your hospitality

Absolutely fabulous

You could not ask for a more practical or romantic place to stay in Paris. It is centrally located to many of the best attractions and in a safe, clean and vibrant neighborhood. The building sits on a major intersection literally adjacent to the Seine. Although you cannot see it from the street, the entry way to ramps and steps that lead to the docks for the river boats and public parks along the river is just a 5 minute walk across the street. We have been to Paris many times and this is one of the best apartments and in one of the best locations. The apartment is spacious, impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. It has all the appliances you need including w/d. The living room is a wall of windows that give you an almost fairytale view of rooftops and garden framed by the Eiffel Tower on the left, an ancient Dome covered church in the middle and the Louvre on the right. The apartment is on two levels, open loft style. The main level has a large LR/DR space with open kitchen and counter top, a bathroom that has large tiled shower 10 east steps to the upper level brings you into a TV, game and reading room, a spacious bedroom with Queen bed, lots of shelves, a sky light that opens and closes, and a separate bathroom with toilet and sink. (No tub or shower on the upper level).

Perfect in every way

This place was absolutely perfect for 3 people with two separate bedrooms and living spaces and 3 separate bathroom areas (2 ntoilets and 1 shower). Made it so comfortable to relax and easy to get ready. Also the view of the Eiffle Tower from the apartment was amazing allowing us to see it sparkle every night we were there! The loft was very charming with eclectic furniture and decor yet high end and modern features and appliances in the kitchen and bathrooms. Best of all the host was so helpful and accommodating and even had bread and wine for us to enjoy! I would not look for another place if i ever returned because this place was the perfect location! So close to walk to everything and the best neighborhoods. Thank you Sylvie and Isabel!!!♥️

Just right

I’ve stayed in a number of short-term Paris rentals, but this was the first time I felt a sense of home. The location right on the Seine means the whole city is at your feet. The apartment is cozy and spacious, quiet and bright. The kitchen and bath are both excellent. There are lovely little nooks in which to read, and the decor is wonderfully eclectic. Sylvie was proactive about reaching out, and Isabel, who met me to hand off the key and get me oriented, couldn’t have been more helpful. I would absolutely stay here again. Merci, Sylvie !

We loved our month in Paris!

Rental is in a good location for walking to several main attractions and numerous restaurants. Building is very secure on the Main Street along the river. Very nice sizeable apt with the conveniences of home. AC would be nice in August but the water cooler fan made sleeping fine. Any other time of the year would be great. Lovely lady took care of any problem. We loved it!

Beautiful Apartment, Great Location

This a gorgeous apartment, in an amazing location. You can even see the Eiffel Tower from the window! The facilities are excellent. The apartment faces onto the garden, which means it is relatively quiet. Close to public transport and amenities. We had a wonderful stay.
