Branson Trip

We were happy with the size of the accommodations. We did have a few challenges - the property slept 8, however, we had 4 forks and spoons. The dishwasher was not locked in so when loading, the tray slid out on the floor - luckily nothing broke. The door knob fell of the one bedroom door. The refrigerator was frozen up, so there was constantly water dripping into the refrigerator and drawers - that required a bit of clean up and arranging of groceries. We were told there was a charcoal grill, but did not find one. Were surprised there was only one dish towel and dish cloth - were washing these often. It appears the property is worn and well used. The kids enjoyed the pool and outdoor table and chairs for eating meals. TV's were old, but working, however, not SMART TV's so were unable to watch normal tv programing.

Badly needed maintenance

While the maintenance men were very nice, our stay included 4 trips from them on 3 days to fix the hot water heater and leaks in the kitchen sink and dishwasher. The first day I dryed water in the bottom of the refrigerator and thought it was probably just where the ice melted from the ice maker, but found water again on the day we left. Whoever is responsible for this unit needs to pay more attention to the maintenance of the unit. With the hot water heater and the leaks, only temporary fixes had been made previously (like a container under the kitchen sink to catch the leak). We have stayed in Branson several times at different condos, less expensive, and never had maintenance issues. The location is good and the beds were very comfortable.

Nice place to stay

We were very impressed with our accommodations. We just mainly slept there as we had things we had planned. I would recommend this place to anyone. The girl at the front desk was rude however the guy and other lady were so nice and helped us a lot.

Great Location

Property is awesome. Our only concern was there appeared to be a leak inside the bathroom wall as there was wet carpet in an area of one bedroom although it didn’t affect our stay. Complete condo was clean and well decorated, felt homey. Appreciated the number of towels that were provided for the bathrooms. Beds are really comfortable.

Bad check in

We were told we could see if room was ready at 3 so we did. They said it would be 4. So we went to Walmart and bought our food items. We checked back at 4 and they said it would be 5. Not only did we have food in the car my mom is on 24 hour oxygen so we had to stay in car. They had to have know at 3 that they had no one to clean room.

Great place to stay

The place was super clean with a lot of space. The outdoor pool was in the back yard so we just had to walk a few feet. My boys enjoyed the basketball court. We definitely will be staying there again.

Disappointing

As we approached to enter our condo, we had to pass a large bag of trash from the condo next to us. Right in front of the door to enter our condo was a large dried, sticky substance that had been spilled and not cleaned up. We called twice for the spilled substance to be cleaned up, and it was cleaned the second time when I stopped a maintenance person and asked them to clean it up. The bag of trash was broken into by an animal in the night and trash was blowing out of the bag to our front door area. We called to ask for the trash to be removed, it was not. We went to the main check in office and asked for the trash to be removed and it was not. We spent the entire stay having to walk past trash. The worst part was management doesn't care. I wouldn't recommend Thousand Hills mainly because if you need something, you're ignored. Very disappointing.

Nice place!

Condo was nice but needed some attention to detail. Beds were comfortable! Candace at Front Desk was so nice and very helpful! Easy access to fun!

Everything was as advertised. We loved the place. Our only conflict was that there were no linens for the pull out sofa. We called for some. When the young man came he brought only sheets...no blankets. Fortunately we had a throw blanket with us.

Lovely Location

The property is located in a perfect place close to everything and only steps from a very clean pool. Lots of room in the condo. Sadly, there were a lot of issues inside the condo and we did need to leave a list of things that should have been fixed before our arrival. So hopefully it’s all fixed for the next guests!

Overall nice getaway

Highly convenient location. Great layout. Only negative was people who stayed above us were loud, the kids ran back and forth, and they played catch loudly right outside our windows after 10 pm. We ended up leaving a day early. Great location close to other things to do.
