Overlook the surf and sand from the balcony of this sixth floor 2-bedroom (& private den), 2-bath oceanfront condo! Just steps to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this resort condo's one level layout features a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, den, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 4 TVs, 3 DVDs, Blu-ray, Wifi. This Sea Colony vacation rental home features ceramic tile flooring throughout.

Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Great stay

The condo is very well stocked. Great view. Loved the fact that the patio door and windows had screens. The only suggestion is to maybe have a cupboard or two for the renters groceries.

Perfection! My husband and I spent 4 nights at 609 and celebrated our 60th wedding anniversary. The views of the ocean were amazing. You could hear the sound of the ocean as you were falling asleep in the master bedroom. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook a gourmet meal. The beach access is a 3 minute walk from the parking area. I’m very picky and I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone. I can’t wait to return!

Weekend Getaway

We went to Bethany for a weekend getaway. The condo was in a perfect location with a beautiful view. The furnishings were very comfortable and the unit was extremely clean and well stocked. We had the opportunity to use the amenities on site as well. The area was walkable and that was a huge perk. We hope to return for a visit in the future.

Our favorite place we’ve stayed at Bethany beach!

My family and I had the best week at Sea Colony, Bethany Beach!! The beach front view took our breath away every morning. (I sure do miss the view as I’m typing this) The condo was clean and had lots of linens to spare. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed down to the board game closet, I don’t think there was a single board game they didn’t have! The staff at sea colony were super helpful and very kind. So many things to do from bingo to bonfires right on the premises. Hands down, our favorite trip by far at Bethany Beach. We definitely recommend this place and will be back next summer for sure!! Thanks again for helping my family and I make wonderful memories that we will never forget!

It's a great view from the patio and master bedroom and I like the layout of the other two bedrooms in the condo. If you're coming though, bring a streaming device if you want to watch anything other than cable. They didn't have one on any of the TVs and it didn't appear the TV had the capability to stream directly on it.

Good location/oceanfront, poor maintenance and dirty.

Pros: Location/Oceanfront, beds/couch are comfortable. Cons: Dirty and needing maintenance. Dirt in most corners/under furniture/walls. In terms of the dirtiness, every bedspread had stains on them, the shutters in the double twin bedroom had what appeared to be blood on it, our 2yr old found a canister of mints in the couch cushions, there were stains between the two couches on the floor as if something spilled, there was dirt under all of the furniture, there was a swimsuit crotch sticker stuck to the nightstand in the pullout couch room, random trash in various corners of the place, the patio furniture hasn't been cleaned in ages, the kitchen sink handle is loose, the lights over the kitchen sink are out, and finally the toilet paper holder in the master bath was completely broken off the wall. I wouldn't rent this unit again.

Wonderful View of the Beach

The condo is a beach haven decorated in colors of the ocean; kitchen well-stocked; comfortable master bedroom bed, and an endless unobstructed view of the surf, beach and sunrise. Easy check-in system with keyless entry and short distance to parking.

Our First Bethany Beach Vacation

The ocean front and pool views were beautiful. The photos of the condo were probably taken when it was last renovated , probably some years ago. The condo was clean but dated . It’s time for a facelift.

Convenient

We have stayed in this unit in the past. It’s a conveniently located unit close to the Edgemoor pool while offering 2 bedrooms and a den. The unit has been updated. However, we had a few issues with the unit regarding the dishwasher, washing machine, and den pocket door which were addressed by Vacasa. Hence, the 3 stars.

5 star location and set up.

The view was spectacular and the location in the Sea Colony complex was very convenient. I would stay here again for location and lay out of condo. The office (3rd room) had a trundle bed, so this place could very comfortably sleep 6, if needed. Huge fridge and nice appliances. 3 stars based on plumbing issues, below average linens and towels, and cleanliness. The place was obviously cleaned before we go there, but you could still feel sand on the ground when you came in. Also there was no way to clean up sand you brought in, the vacuum didn’t have good suction and the broom was broken.
