Beautiful condo

Location is great. Close to the beach, indoor pool and fitness room. The ocean veiw was beautiful! Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay!

Best view at Sea Colony.

We felt very close to the ocean. Very quiet; living room couch was very comfy. Plenty of room for guests. The master and guest room beds were very firm and a bit smaller than were used to at SC, but we would return again.

All the couch and chair cushions were all over the place when we arrived, no hot water. Pretty disappointed as we've stayed there many times over the years. Don't know what happened this time around. Thank you.

Unfortunate and careless impression for the one week lease!!! !

View of the Ocean. Balcony comfortable however certain amenities were poor. Dishwasher broken, waste compacter hardly working, toaster not working, coffeemakers need to be replaced, toilet seats in both bathrooms chipping away, not terribly and everything simply stuffed in the closets wish is an unfortunate display for visitors, tow of the TVs not working essentially one was working.

Great view, comfy for 3-4 people

There was a lot to love- view is great, furniture is cozy, TV is modern, kitchen is well-stocked and it worked perfectly for a short family getaway during COVID. They also supplied beach chairs, which was nice. The paint/cabinetry definitely needs a few repairs and minor fixing up though. Kitchen walls had stains, missing paint in the back and bathroom cabinetry doors don’t close all the way and one was falling off in second bathroom. One of the bar stools had a few broken pieces as well. We also never knew if the kitchen light was broken or just needed new bulbs. These didn’t affect our trip - it was lovely - just a few things that might need a little attention. The only thing to really watch out for is it’s hard to reach anyone at the site - it seems like they keep trying to get you to use their app or call some general call center. We were able to get our code for getting in after a few calls since it wasn’t in the email they sent, but then they also cancelled our entrance code to the place before our scheduled check out at 10 am. Fortunately one of us had stayed in the unit cleaning up while the others were loading the car; otherwise we would have been locked out. Just something to pay attention to the morning of your check out. We’d come back to this place for sure, just wanted to explain slightly lower rating.

Great location

Great location and loved being right on the beach. But the condo needs some attention. I expect some wear and tear for a rental, but there was a giant hole in the couch and the bunk bed was broken and couldn’t use the top bunk. Was also not the cleanest and was cluttered with things others have left behind. (Food, toys and wrappers by the couches and bed. And overall cluttered with junk in closet and drawers) Vacasa was great and very responsive. Location was great and would stay at sea colony again. But the owners of this property need to give this property some attention. Would not recommend this property unless it’s been updated.

Pictures do not reflect the home

Furniture was ripped, kitchen faucet had sprayer ripped out, absolutely no amenities for cooking. Beds were very uncomfortable. The WiFi was so weak and we had no cell service. The parking situation was ridiculous! We came back at 9;30This was the first time in 10 years that we had such a horrible experience

Beautiful views

The property had a balcony with a stunning ocean view and easy access to the pool and beach. The sea colony property was well kept and clean. The condo itself had some “wear” which is to be expected with a rental and certainly not anything that would prevent us from returning in the future. Overall a great place to stay!

Staff are courteous and promptly reply to all questions. Location of dedicated parking spot & condo are easily accessible to amenities. Not updated interior but all things worked well and was clean.

The view is great but that is the only good thing about this condo. There are so many things to report. I sent a detailed report to VACASA so I am only touching the surface here. The washer/dryer unit is in the kitchen making the already small kitchen, tiny. The kitchen needs to be remodeled. The cabinets are not in good condition and could possibly be the original cabinet. The sofa and chair in the living are filthy and should be discarded. The matress in the middle bedroom is hard as a rock and I mean that literally, our daughter could not sleep on it. Carpet filthy, tile floor filthy - our slipper bottoms are black. Kitchen is not wll equiped. Blender broken. There is no place to put groceries because of the washer/dryer being in the spot where cabinets normally be. Shower in hall bathroom was extermely moldy. Drains in both bathroom is very, very slow. The cable box for the middle bedroom was hanging from the bottom of the very small mounted on the wall TV. TV in the 3rd bedroom did not work. We did not want to spend any time in our condo. Luckily our son was staying in the unit next door, so we spent our time in that condo (that condo was beautiful and the rent was less.) I would not rent this condo again and would not recommended this condo to others.

nice unit, except for internet and door

Pretty unit with nice view and convenient to beach and pool. Nicely painted and decorated, decent kitchen, although a bit low on dishes for the 8-person capacity. Firm but comfortable beds. The only ongoing problem was the frequently terrible internet speed. The biggest problem, however, is that door lock was broken when we arrived, which really should have been noticed at inspection or when housekeeping failed to enter and clean. It took several phone calls to Vacasa, who could only send messages for local contact to call us back, and 3 hours altogether, to let us into the unit. Since door lock was broken, unit was not initially clean, but once they could finally enter the next day, housekeeping did a good job cleaning.
