These include new patches for the screened-in porch and sliding door, new coats of paint for light exterior sconces, new exterior side stairs, the side deck and new stairs being restained, the front door being repainted, and mattress toppers for the second and den bedroom to make the mattresses more comfortable.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
