Beautiful gated lakefront home built im 2020

Beautiful lakefront property built in 2020 with extraordinary lake views from floor to ceiling windows on a private, gated 1/2 acre lot. This home has it all. Enjoy kayaking, fishing, paddleboarding, outdoor fire pit, swimming and so much more (and that's just outside). Relax and take in the views from our spacious boat dock, with covered sitting area. Whips on the dock allow you to moor your own boat safely to the dock. Anchored buoys are conveniently located to tie your jetskis to. (Sorry, but our boat and Jetskis are not for guest use)

Home features outdoor covered patio with TV and grilling area with Traeger grill (pellets provided). Open concept living/dining/kitchen. Master and one other bedroom has ensuite bathrooms. Three bedrooms have king beds and all bedrooms feature walk-in closets. Fourth bedroom is a perfect kids' hangout with a queen bed, twin bunk bed and couch with TV.
After a day at the lake, there's plenty to do off the water. Home has an awesome gameroom with pool table, shuffle board and game arcade and TV. Foosball and board games are available as well as a corn hole game and spike ball. *We have security cameras installed on the outside of the property*

Beautiful way to spend the weekend

The house is the perfect layout for a lake weekend. Floor to ceiling windows are perfect for beating the heat yet still watching the water action. Gameroom kept the teenagers busy in the evenings. We would absolutely stay here again.

An amazing place

We stayed for a few days for a nearby Family Reunion. The owners were very kind and gave us everything we needed. What a view of the lake!

Wonderful Lakehouse

We really enjoyed our time at this home. Everything was easy from the booking, communication before our trip, as well as during. We always knew what was going on and there were no surprises. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. A game room with games for the kids, several TVs in the house, a great kitchen we used daily, and all on one floor which is helpful with older family like we had (no stairs). The outdoor space is also amazing. We had s’mores every night, and went fishing on the private dock every day. Our family really enjoyed this home and would recommend it highly!

The owners of this Lake Home did a fantastic job of designing, building, outfitting, and detailing this beautiful property. Every member of our family loved this home. The Owners were very informative and provided all necessary details to experience a great stay. We have VRBO’d many properties over many years and not one measured up to this experience. Mandy…….thank you again and we will be back !!!

Such a blessing

We needed a change of scenery after 8 months of my husband’s battle with cancer. Our sons rented your beautiful home for us for a long weekend. My sister and brother-in-law joined us. They fished early mornings and loved it. The only negative had nothing to do with the property. The lake on Saturday was so full of jet skis and boats, it was crazy. Could not fish or swim. Not a big deal for us, but might be for family with kids. We would love to come again some time.

Fantastic House on Cedar Creek Lake!

What a wonderful house and property! The location on the lake is exceptional, with excellent wide-open views and deep water. The back porch and outdoor seating areas are perfectly situated to maximize lake enjoyment. As if the outdoor enjoyment was not enough, the house is brand new, and the layout is great, with very spacious bedrooms. The kitchen is high-end and well designed, with everything you would need to do some gourmet cooking or grilling. The communication was very efficient and rapid for booking, and the owners were very thoughtful and considerate to make this a wonderful stay for the whole family. This is one of the best properties my family and I have stayed at, and I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend this house to anyone.

Amazing home

We wanted a short little vacation out of Dallas and we could not have licked a better home to rent. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Game room was super fun. The fire pit was amazing and I used the dock to do yoga everyday. We will definitely recommend and rent again if we need a home on cedar creek!

The Rhodes’ Lakehouse Thanksgiving 2020

The Rhodes’ Lakehouse was beautiful!! It was a great place to go and get away. We spent time with friends and family there for Thanksgiving. Our kids are older teens and all of us enjoyed the game room and arcade game. The fire pit was perfect for us to enjoy s’mores. We also enjoyed fishing on their dock. We enjoyed the open concept living room and kitchen. It was great for playing games and spending time as a group. The only downside to our stay was having to take our trash home with us. Otherwise, it was a great stay!
