Just steps to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this one-level resort retreat is home to a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite (with a new 43-inch TV for 2019)! Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. Accessible without stairs. 2 TVs (53' flat-screen in the living room), DVD, Keurig, Wifi.

Everything we needed!

It was a perfect week. The property was very clean. We had everything we needed. I never felt crowded and I felt safe. Restaurants were all fantastic. Lots to do and staff was friendly. Will definitely come back.

Girls Vacation

Was a wonderful place, had a great time. Was nice to be able to walk everywhere. Only went out in car to Grocery store. Would stay here again just two instead of one so have more time to unwind. Have the ocean, boardwalk , shops and restaurants all nearby. Have multiple pools and other amenities to enjoy.

Loved this unit

It was well decorated and homey feeling. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and in great condition. The view of the ocean was wonderful. The kitchen was well supplied. The appliances were in great working order other than the ice maker. We had a great vacation and will definitely rent again.

First time in Bethany Beach and it won’t be our last!!!!!

First of this is in our top 3 of many VRBO rentals. Immaculately clean. Everything one needs is there and the management team was excellent. The view of the ocean was awesome. Thoroughly enjoyed the area even with some chilly weather. We did get quite a bit of beach time despite that. Highly recommend!

Location, location, location

The location is the best you can have in Bethany. Listening to the ocean break on shore was so relaxing and it was great to have access to the balcony from the Master. Overall everything was clean and up to date/lovely. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are super comfortable. Property Management left plenty of towels. Super easy to check in and check out. Would only suggest leaving a vacuum for guests staying more than a day or two.

First time at Sea Colony

First time visiting Bethany Beach. Sea Colony is a nice resort with a convenient location right on the beach. Our condo was recently remodeled, clean, and very comfortable. We didn't have any issues, but when checking in at the Marketplace there were a few renters complaining that their rooms were dirty and things were broken. The Vacasa staff was friendly, but appeared to be inexperienced and not prepared to handle issues. I also understand the badges, but they're a hassle to carry around especially if you have children. Maybe bracelets are a better solution? Overall, we had a relaxing and quiet vacation in a well maintained condo with comfortable beds.

Great place right on the beach

Stayed with my husband and three kids. The space was comfortable, clean and convenient. Kitchen was well stocked for the meals we made there. The view from the balcony was great! Easy walk to the pool and beach. We were able to walk to some restaurants, mini golf and ice cream. It is also an easy bike ride to main street in Bethany. My only critique is that I wish the unit had ceiling fans! We would have been able to keep the AC at a higher temp had the bedrooms had ceiling fans, which we are accustomed to at home.

A real gem!

We LOVED this condo at Sea Colony! View was amazing and it was so comfortable. Kitchen is in great shape with new appliances, pots, utensils etc. we could tell they put a lot of care into making sure all you need is there. And the beds/mattresses are amazing! This is one of the best rentals we’ve had and will definitely come back!

Wonderful stay with views of the ocean.

We loved staying at this spacious two-bed room apartment with tremendous views of the ocean that can be enjoyed from the balcony! The place is very quaint and has a nice beach feel. The location is perfect, with an easy walk to the beach. Bethany, or other restaurants.
