Escape to the Delaware Coast in this Oceanfront 1-bedroom/1.5-bathroom condo, "Sun4Us!" Located on the sixth floor of Sea Colony's Chesapeake House building, this condo offers spectacular panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean from the private balcony and throughout the interior. Whether you are relaxing by the surf or taking advantage of the world-class resort amenities, this retreat serves as the perfect oceanfront getaway.
FLOOR-BY-FLOOR DESCRIPTION
Main Level: The open living area features a large flat-screen TV with a sound system, direct balcony access, and a Queen-sized sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests. The space includes a dedicated work area with a desk and chair, an adjacent dining area with seating for four, and a full hallway bathroom. The fully stocked kitchen comes complete with a dishwasher, microwave, and traditional coffee maker for all your meal prep needs.
Primary Suite: The primary bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed, a flat-screen TV, a large closet, and a private en-suite powder room for added convenience.

Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half-mile of private beach. 12 pools (2 indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, summer community shuttle, and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world.
Note: The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per-person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory. Please inquire about prices for passes. After your reservation is made, a letter will be sent to you with the required information for the passes.

LINEN PACKAGE
1st Choice Properties provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for all guests; kitchen towels and bathmats for all full bathrooms. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
STARTER KIT
1st Choice Properties also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.
MISCELLANEOUS
-The maximum occupancy is 4 people.
-There is parking for 1 vehicle.
-No pets, smoking, vaping, or events are allowed.
-Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
-Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from 1st Choice Properties is considered unlawful trespassing. 1st Choice Properties will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.
-The property owners we represent do not permit reservations for groups under the age of 25.
