Perfect getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! It is a BEAUTIFUL place to getaway for some R&R and to enjoy coastal life. The house is fully furnished along with all utensils, cookware, spices, towels, bedding, games, televisions, coffee pot, blender, and many other supplies. Many hours spent fishing and crabbing from private pier. Played corn hole on the downstairs area with plenty of room to spare. Location is great! We highly recommend this perfect getaway!

Wonderful property

This trip was for our son’s 21st birthday. As soon as we pulled in the house was a “wow”. Even with the weather this weekend being a little rainy, the fish were plentiful and the dock was great! Cooking and dining in the open concept with views for days was truly beautiful. Everyone was wowed by the house, the location everything. I had to communicate with the owner for random questions and there was never a delayed response. 10/10. Oh and this was by far the best checkout process. We have stayed at other places where the “to do before you go” list was literally 2 pages.

Beautiful home and location

This vacation was amazing. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The open kitchen, dining area, and living room was great for evening, socializing, and entertainment. We caught a ton of fish and even had crab traps available to use on site. Be careful getting in the water, we came across a few oyster beds. Overall, 10 out of 10 visit…we will be back.

Very nice property, had everything we needed. would definitely go back. Only thing we weren't sure of was there's usually a checkout list of things that need to be done. we couldn't find anything so we tried to put everything back like it was when we arrived. other than that we were extremely satisfied with our stay.

We had a men's retreat from our church stay at this house and it was perfection all the way through. The views the location everything was perfect the only negative is we had to leave. Our host was quick to respond we were very happy with everything

Family getaway

Our family enjoyed the house and the fishing pier. The kitchen was well appointed with a nice pantry. It would have been good to know there was no dishwasher, thus we used primarily paper dinnerware. Having the washer and dryer were a definite plus. The owner was very responsive to our questions, but I feel he could have let us know the check out expectations sooner than the morning of check-out. Overall, we would stay here again and recommend this property to others.

Great Summer Family Vacation

Great location, very clean, accommodated everyone! We had 4 different families ass stay and we fit perfectly! The host was a fast responder and easy to get ahold of. The fishing pier was amazing! Highly recommend!

Even when other areas were busy for a holiday weekend, we had the quietest and most beautiful place on the bay. Lovely.

Great stay

The house was great. We had 6 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 kids and we all had a spot to sleep. I liked the big center room concept and of course the views we're great. I'd come back to this house again.

Great property!

We had a great family Thanksgiving at this house. The house has a lot of upgraded features and plenty of room for a large group. The location on the bay is perfect for fishing. We caught Trout, crabs, Sting Rays and massive Drums. The Drums were really fun to reel in and few were over 30 inches. I would definitely recommend this place!

This property was just perfect for my family! The living area / kitchen / dining is so large - fantastic for cooking and hanging around the table all while keeping an eye on the kiddos playing with the provided games. The private pier made for a great evening activity for those of us that come to Rockport to fish. We kept saying all weekend that we would love to come back to this property year after year!

Holiday Beach House
