Beautiful views

This is a beautiful house and a great location. The views of the marsh and the ocean are spectacular. The house could have been cleaner. One of the handrails was loose.

Beach Group

We had a beautiful view of the marsh area. The house is on very quiet area and not far from the restaurants in Murrells Inlet. The Garden City area is a great place for familles or groups of friends.

Great family get away

Great location and plenty of space! Vrbo check in process was lacking but that’s Vrbo website issue, not the owner. Very responsive on requests, would have just liked to know more about processes ahead of time like check out process and how to get linens, etc. I do recommend some new furniture and pillows as they’re all highly used. Overall a great trip and experience.

Great Family Vacation.

Deja View was amazing. Was better than we imagined. Our own dock on one side for the boys to fish, and the ocean right across the street. The beach house was very clean and the rooms were big with each one having their own bathroom. The kids loved the fireworks at night and the ice cream truck that came by each day. The pool was just the right size for our family and it was kept clean. The sunsets out back were amazing. We’ve already booked our vacation here again next year.

Great for groups!

We really enjoyed our stay at Beach Music. The house was large and easily accommodated our group. There is a bathroom in each bedroom which is a HUGE plus. The private pool was nice as well! There is a dock out back and the beach is right across the street. It was perfect for our group that came into town for a wedding. The only downside was the hassle of having to go to a property management office to pick up the key instead of just having a keypad or lockbox at the house. There were also no trash bags at the house but we made it work. There were plenty of towels for everyone and the house was stocked well with paper products. Overall I recommend this property!

Nice older property in an excellent location

We booked this Garden City property for our annual beach vacation. There were 18 family members for the week. The layout is different than others we've rented in the past. The kitchen and main social area along with 2 bedrooms are on the top floor with the other 4 bedrooms on the first floor. Fantastic views from the front and rear balconies. Unfortunately, the elevator was already out of order with the previous renters and was doa for our week. That's a lot of steps for folks in their 60's loading and unloading a van. 2 suggestions for future renters: if you plan to do a lot of cooking like myself, be aware that there is no propane grill available to you, only a Weber charcoal kettle grill. Bring charcoal. Secondly, the pool chairs are extremely dried and cracking, so be careful sitting!

Family vacation

This was a perfect spirit for our family vacation. The home was large enough for all of our children and grandchildren. The dock was a huge hit! The kids spent many hours fishing and enjoying the marsh. When they were tired of the beach, the pool was very nice. The beach in this area was not crowded and everything you needed was close by. Perfect!

Great

Great area, just like the pictures> A little mildew odor, but I opened up the window and it was gone. The elevator was a real blessing. I could to imagine lugging heavy luggage up the steps! Two of our ladies had healthcares issues, perfect for them they were able to go up and down and enjoy the fellowship with us. Thanks Nolan for your help.

Great Location!

Positives were the house has plenty of room and a great location. It was immaculately clean even for my OCD. Kitchen was well stocked, (although you had to search for what you needed). Negatives were pool filter was broken and we were not able to use it as often as we would have liked. Elevator was hit or miss. Most mattresses need to be replaced. Most TV’s in bedrooms did not work. Overall, we would stay again.

The house was in a great location with beach access. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and dishes. The house does need painted and some tlc. The elevator apparently hasn't worked for quite sometime. We had two babies with us. Only one bathroom has a tub. The others only have a shower. The outlets in some of the bathrooms don't work. The dryer takes forever to dry clothes. The dial on the washer is broken. Some of the furniture is in disrepair along with broken outdoor furniture.

We loved Deja View!

We stayed here for 3 years all in August. We loved the location and the house offered everything we could need. There are 2 "sides" of the house so yes it is a duplex. We never heard any of the neighbors unless we were outside. We had 2 bathtubs in our rental. The dock is shared but it's not a problem as long as you are willing to communicate with the other renter. We don't bring a boat but we do like to fish off the dock so we just ask that the boat parks on the side. We have never had a problem. The great part about this house is its proximity to the beach access. It's right across the street which is very convenient. I personally love staying in Garden City. It's close enough to drive to everything and far enough away from the crowds. I would totally recommend renting this unit.

Great location but not a single family home

The location of this house is wonderful - just off the beach and right across from the beach access walkway. The balconies are big and shaded. Renters should understand that this is not a single family home. It is considered a "twin" meaning that the house is divided into two equal parts attached at one corner. One side faces the street/ ocean and the other faces the inlet. Our bedroom was next to the adjoining house and we could hear our neighbors going up and down the stairs and closing their front door. We could even hear them sweeping the kitchen floor. Fortunately, we could not hear them talking or their TV. There are two pools in the back separated by a white picket fence that does not provide privacy. There is only one dock for both houses. Also, note that there are no bathtubs in the house. Otherwise, a nice home with wonderful views in a peaceful part of Murrels Inlet.

My family and I have been visiting Garden City for summer vacations from the time I was born and many years before. I have tried to provide the same for my family. Some of the greatest memories I have are crabbing,shrimping and mud fights at Garden City. I have always loved the inlet and am so thankful that our home offers the best of the inlet and the beach. To see my kids experiencing the same joy that I did is what life is all about. I am so thankful that my Father and Mother loved the Garden City area and wanted there family to experience it to. By the way I am the old man in the picture with my oldest son graduating from 6th grade.

We bought a home in this location because all of my family from my Grand parents down have always vacationed at Garden City. It is never to crowded, the beaches are always clean and the food is fantastic. There is no other place that my family and I would rather be then Garden City

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Home has access to both the beach and the inlet, House is situated at the best part of Garden City. Within walking distance of Marina and Pier. Floating dock for boat usage. Inlet is deep enough at low tide to allow usage of a boat at low and high tide. Unbelieveable views of the inlet and marsh lands. Always a great breeze.
