Three story Oceanside Village beach house is beautifully decorated, hardwood floors, open floor plan, screened patio, large deck and front porch., 2 golf carts (complimentary use), several bicycles, beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys.
Main level has large open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen w/granite countertops, family/dining room, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and laundry room.
Lower level has private entrance (no stairs), 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, large family/dining room, laundry room, screened in patio. Can be locked off from upstairs.
Linens provided.
Towels provided for each guest on contract.
Started pack provided: 1 hand soap each bathroom, trash bags in every can, 2 rolls of paper towels and 1 roll toilet paper in each bathroom.
Each bedroom and family room has a TV with Roku & Spectrum cable
Garage has game room with ping pong table.
Oceanside Village features: Gated community, indoor pool, outdoor pool, splash park, fitness center, basketball/pickle ball courts, baseball field, playground, and a short golf cart ride to private beach parking. Beach is approximately 1 mile from our house. It’s an easy walk and a 5 minute drive.
Long term winter rentals welcome, please inquire regarding rates. Cameras on outside of house for added safety.

Family vacation

Denice was very responsive and great communication. I would recommend the following since all the VBRO I have stayed supplied these items: hand soap in all bathrooms and kitchen. We did have a very small bar of soap but all family members didn’t like touching the bar of soap for germs feel on them. Blow dyer also. I would also up date the pillows. Overall great house and location.

10 out of 10 with a chef's kiss!!

This place was PERFECT for our beach vacation. First of all, the hostess was AMAZING! She communicated everything clearly, sent texts with reminders, and was on call if we needed anything. She also had printouts of all instructions and everything was labelled (even had instructionson how to work the remotes-super helpful). The layout suited our family well in that our parents could stay in the apartment downstairs with their own kitchen and living area. They did not have to climb stairs the whole trip unless they wanted to. Our kids and friends' kids had a blast in the bunk room. The kitchen was well stocked; it even had garbage bags, dish soap, plastic bags, etc. to help out until we could purchase. The best part was the garage. Our kids loved the ping pong table and golf carts. We enjoyed riding around and traveling to the park, the pool, and the beach!! I also loved that the place had beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and pool toys for use.We will definitely try to book here again!!

Beautiful home, Great location

We had a wonderful time! The house was very clean, nicely decorated, and set up well with everything we needed. We enjoyed the convenience of driving the golf carts to the beach and also having a pool to go to. The neighborhood was also very quiet, but yet close to stores and attractions. Denice was great to work with. Although I did not meet her personally, she seems like a kind, caring person. Would definitely recommend staying at this beach house!

Golf trip

Amazing trip for my grandson and his four friends who are 18 years old and just graduated from high school! Everything was great. The golf cart was such a plus and the beach was beautiful to hang out on and take long walks. Lots of room in the very organized house. They loved having ping pong to play late at night!

Wonderful stay

The house and location was beautiful, golf carts made it easier for our family to get to the beach and pool areas. The communication was excellent! We are very happy with our stay, definitely recommend!

Beautiful home

Beautiful home, well equipped for every thing you might need.Beds were comfortable, ,set up was perfect for our family. Separate apartment downstairs worked out perfect for our family with four year old. My only complaint was that they had two golf carts for your use, but only one beach pass… what were you to do when the second golf cart wanted to get to beach? You had no pass to get thru gate. We ended up purchasing an additional pass for thirty bucks, but I thought considering you have two golf carts , this should have been provided. This house is about a mile from beach. Pools were great, and we enjoyed the pickleball and tennis! We would definitely stay here again.

Great Beach House

We had a total of 11 family members stay for the week. This house was perfect for our stay. We had all the accommodations that we needed. Beautiful home. Had a couple of questions/issues initially and the host was very quick to reply.

Best beach stay ever

This was one of the best places my family and I have stayed at. There is plenty of room for everyone and it was stocked with just about anything that you would need. A bonus was the stuff for a baby, highchair and a pack and play. The golf carts were great for a short trip to the beach and there was beach equipment to use so you don't have to bring it with you. We would definitely stay again. Thanks again Denice!

Wonderful beach home for our family vacation

This beach home is definitely a 5 star property! It is spacious and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked for a large family. We've never stayed in a beach home before that had enough dishes and silverware for all of us, and then some! The number of bedrooms and beds fit our needs well (there were 13 of us) and allowed the boy cousins to stay in one room. The golf carts were helpful to get back and forth to the beach and pool. The other community amenities (bocce ball court, tennis courts, playground, etc) are a bonus! Denice is a responsive and caring host! We couldn't have asked for better. I highly recommend this property for a family beach vacation!

Great summer vacation spot

Our family of 12 (8 adults and 4 children) loved this place. It was roomy enough for us not to be on top of each other and three minutes from the beach (by golf cart). The owners really know how to take care of their property and provided a lot of extras to make it easy and fun for us. Communication with the owner was always quick whether by email or text. We will try to book this place next time the entire family heads to the Myrtle/Surfside Beach area.

Great Beach Getaway!

We loved everything about this property! The setup was exactly what we needed. The owner has thought of everything a family would need to have for a wonderful vacation. The home was very clean and accommodating. The golf carts were a plus when traveling back and forth from the beach. We would love to stay here again. Fantastic, well-appointed house in a quiet community

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The clearly explained house rules meant everyone knew where to find items like fresh beach towels & golf cart keys. Denice was quick to answer any question. Every part of the house was in fine working order. Golf cart parking was a nice perk, and when the teens used the carts, I easily found metered street parking. The Oceanside neighbors were friendly and quiet (even during beach week). My daughter & I invited eight of her 18yo friends to join us for a few nights between AP exams and Graduation. The freshly painted and newly furnished house perfectly accommodated our group with beds and gathering spaces for everyone. The kitchen was especially well-appointed, with all the pots, pans, knives, and gadgets one needs! We so appreciated having 12+ sets of dishes; we happily spoiled the girls with homecooked meals after a whirlwind Maycember. We moms turned the 2bd/1ba ground floor apartment into a quiet home spa while the teens soaked in all things beach. The 2nd laundry room made beach towel laundry quick, too.

Great Family Trip

Stayed with extended family with seniors, adults, and 5 kids under 5. Place was extremely clean and had everything our diverse group needed. Having downstairs 2 bedrooms being more secluded from the main area was particularly helpful for our infant. Our family enjoyed trips to the beach and the pool/splash pad. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a family trip to the beach.

I grew up in the Chicagoland area and moved to Northern Virginia in 1995. I started my many beach adventures in the outer banks, but eventually worked my way down to Myrtle Beach. We fell in love with Oceanside Village when a family member bought a home. We always dreamed of living here and jumped on the opportunity to buy.

We have vacationed in Myrtle Beach for many years and have family that owns in Oceanside Village. We love the area and the Bermuda Bay community. Our home is a wonderful place for our family to get away. We love the large front porch and screened in patio. It has a large open concept family area where everyone can relax after a day at the beach.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The house is large enough to host our growing family and allow everyone to spread out. Only a short golf cart ride to the beach. The community has an indoor pool, outdoor pool, splash park, tennis and basketball courts, playground and fishing.
