A solo 34 kilómetros de la histórica Charleston, Kiawah Island está enclavada en un desierto semi tropical, marismas pintorescas y diez kilómetros de amplias playas vírgenes y doradas.

Nuestra encantadora villa, recientemente renovada, en el callejón sin salida en Sparrow Pond, está convenientemente ubicada en West Beach Village, a solo cinco minutos a pie del océano, piscina privada, tiendas, restaurantes, canchas de tenis, tienda de alquiler de bicicletas y Cougar. Punto - uno de los cinco campos de golf de la isla.

This was such a location for our visit! The property was very clean and orderly. The communication from the owner was superlative. We knew what to expect on arrival, including the fact that we should expect some spices and condiments, etc., to be available in the property should we decide to use them. We were provided suggestions of things to do. Even though we were familiar with the area, they still proved to useful and added to our enjoyment. The beds were comfortable, the linens were fresh, and everything was in working order if not brand new. The property is convenient to everything. Its layout is very conducive to a gathering. The main living space is roomy, well laid out, and comfortable. Thank you so much for a wonderful day with my kids and in-laws! We all have more stories to tell together now.

A fantastic property surrounded by the best there is to offer; pool, beach, and scenic low country habitat. Sandy provides a very detailed and organized list of notes, check in/out process, and things to do in the area. Wonderfully located next to everything, including Cougar Point golf course.

Great for Families

The perfect spot for our family to vacation! A short and easy walk to the pool and beach. The beach wasn’t over crowded at the entry point, so we had lots of space to play. Easy to get to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Sandra was great and very responsive also! Overall, a perfect spot to spend time in Kiawah!

Great spot on beautiful Kiawah

Our family of five had a great stay at this property for a summer week vacation. It’s in a great location on Kiawah island, short walks to a pool and the beach, and a short bike ride to the nature center and night heron park. We really enjoyed it!

Best Spot in East Beach

This was our first time staying at this property, but we have stayed in Sparrow Pond 3 other times. The living areas are spacious and comfortable for 4-6 people, and the island with seating for 5 gives plenty of room along with the dining room table. The view of the lagoon with the ocean in the distance was an amazing treat as well. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen was well appointed with all the pans/cutlery/glassware you would need. The property owner was very communicative and reached out before/during/after our stay. Smoothest Kiawah trip ever!

Our family lives in Atlanta where my husband and I attended Atlanta high schools and colleges. Our three girls were all raised in Atlanta attending different colleges in Georgia.

Our family has grown up visiting this beautiful island and enjoy wonderful memories . My husband proposed to me at Mingo Point in 1987 and our oldest daughter was married at the PGA clubhouse in 2012. Our children continue to spend annual vacations and holidays at Kiawah with us and now we are enjoying it with our grandchildren!!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Sparrow Pond is the ideal location on Kiawah Island. You can hear the surf from our cottage and view the ocean in the distance. The fountains on the lagoon behind us are mesmerizing especially watching the sunrise. The culdesac is wonderful for having children play without the worry of traffic. The free (for our guests) pool is only a quick 5 minute walk and the beach is only a 7 minute walk. Very safe!
