Great Stay

Super accommodating for a large family or group of friends! The house is beautiful and located close enough to the parks, but far enough away! Perfect place!

Terrible communication

The property was good and clean. The location was perfect for our Disney visits and the neighborhood is decent. The major problem is communication with the host who doesn’t respond in time. Messages take up to 12 hours to get a response. We requested and paid for pool heating because the weather was a bit cold but it was never turned on even after being told that someone would come do it. My kids were very disappointed with that because they love being in the pool. Host can also do better with leaving more trash bags because there were only two small ones inside the house.

Spacious and Clean Rental Home

This rental home is located just 30 minutes away from all the Disney and Universal parks. It is also located in the Championsgate area which has all the shops you will need for your stay. The home was very clean but we did have to purchase extra toiletries. Everyone felt very comfortable in the home and the kids loved the plunge pool. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and in good working order. The kitchen could use some better utensils for cooking, but otherwise well appointed. I was able to make pancakes for my kids but had to use a rubber scraper to flip them. The wifi password provided wasn't correct, but we used the info on the router to access it and then it was fine. We made use of the resort facilities as well and they were very nice. The gym was well appointed, the kids loved the arcade and pools with ice cream treats, the bar and grille service was excellent and the food was fresh and tasty. We would stay in Championsgate and a home like this again when we visit the Orlando area!

Great home, poorly maintained

We were very excited about this stay but unfortunately this home fell very very short. The home itself is in a great location and has great bones. There’s a master on the main as well as upstairs. But the main floor toilet was clogged upon arrival and hose in back disconnected- to which we had to call and get a plunger delivered (happened quickly) but we had to plunge it ourselves and reconnect the toilet ourselves. The games room IS NOT AS ADVERTISED! it’s dark & dungenous- did not have the games as advertised in the photos- portable AC unit was disconnected with a hole into the wall and could see to the exterior of the home (allowing room for insects and rodents to get in). As well as it was running so the unit was blowing hot air into the room. There was beer cans behind the AC unit as well as behind the door and an empty beer case in the garage upon our arrival. And the kids ball pit was covered in mud. We went to use the bbq (there’s a cost) we scanned the QR code provided on the patio and paid the $50 cost- then awaited a lock box code to be sent to us (the whole trip despite calling the property manager)” who never returned our calls) wasn’t ever sent so we couldn’t use it. So we went to use the oven- there wasn’t even an oven mitt to remove hot items from the stove- yet upon check in I got an itemized list of costs I would be charged if any towels on site would be ruined. Also no dish towel provided Almost all dishes in the cupboard were dirty with physical food on them or grease. We went to use the dishwasher- it had black mold throughout the bottom of it. It wasn’t cleaning the dishes nor drying them. We removed the dishwasher filter to find it covered in mold and food that we had to clean. Despite cleaning it- the dishwasher then began to leak in the kitchen. The clothing dryer was full of 20+ towels that we went to remove to find covered in sand as well as the Lint trap filled with sand and lint (a fire hazard). We went to clean out the dryer with the vacuum that was clogged itself and we had to clean the vacuum in order to clean the dryer. Water pooled on the upstairs bathroom floor from the shower- I used a white towel to clean it up and after 1 wipe the towel came back black. While the home itself is a great setup- especially for multiple families- the property unfortunately has not been maintained by the property owner/ manager. Multiple calls/ emails with no returns. A claim was made with Vrbo

Not as advertised

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with a VRBO rental. To begin, pool heat was requested and wasn’t turned on. We waited until 2:30 on Wednesday afternoon for them to turn it on which meant the pool wasn’t warm until Thursday. Also, the first floor of the home was filthy. The floor had not been cleaned, stovetop, tabletop, windows, game area, and outdoor area. There were clumps of old food left on the floor, crushed chips on the carpet and pool area, burnt food on stovetop, cupcakes stuffed in pool table, empty beer bottles in cabinets, and fingerprint smudges everywhere. This could have been rectified if I was able to get in touch with property owner in a timely manner. I spoke to 8 people with nothing being fixed, so I contacted VRBO and that’s when the property owner finally contacted me and fixed things. One whole day of my vacation was ruined because my kids couldn’t swim, the house was a mess, and I spent my day on the phone. Not to mention, there are no dish towels, washcloths or hot pads in the kitchen. What’s the point of having a grill and oven with nothing to remove the food? Finally, the house is not as advertised. There are no cushions on outside furniture, no view of trees just construction, no basketball in garage or a functioning gaming system. Overall, Jose did his best to assist us once I got in touch with him, but the cleaning that occurred after I complained was minimal. We paid a lot for a little and it was disheartening. Unfortunately, we will never rent this home or any others from this company in the future.

Amazing home away from home.

We loved this house. Perfect for our large family. We had everything we needed over there. Beautifully decorated rooms and kitchen. The kids played in the pool all day and night with an added playroom for them. Definitely recommend this house for you Orlando stay!!!

Location and Construction

The house was beautiful, very clean. However we were not prepared to have a view of construction and being woken up early every morning to machines. And being kept up all night long due to thin walls and hearing neighbors entire conversation from bedroom. We also were not informed prior to our arrival that there would be a fee to heat the pool/jacuzzi that it was would be $30/day and if you wanted to use their grill that would be an extra charge per day. The location to Disney took about 40 plus minutes to get to and get home from. If you want to use the amenities which were nice they were 2 miles away from this location which is equivalent to a 45 minute brisk walk or you could drive to but only access through certain gates. There is complimentary shuttle to these amenities but it may take 30 minutes for their arrival. Refrigerator needed to be adjusted every day due to not functioning properly. Back door did not shut completely. Tub upstairs did not have a drain stopper so had to use another tub for kids baths.

Overall Great Stay

Overall great experience. Only 2 issues I experienced: 1. When I entered the door code that was given, it didn't work. I was able to call the phone number listed at the door and they gave me a new code which did work; 2. It was unclear at first how to use the TV remotes, they didn't always work in 2 of the rooms. Also, during my stay, there was construction going on in the early morning. Maybe an issue for light sleepers but it's manageable. Other than these minor issues, it was perfect for my family. I would stay here again.

The easiest family getaway.

We come to Florida once a month and this was honestly the Easiest and quickest spot for our kids. Would deff return to this house! Very convenient to the Oasis club, easy access to groceries and eateries.

House was nice

The stay could have been better. The property information was accurate as to its location but nothing was given to me about how to check in with the gate guard so that I can receive a parking pass or how to get to the amenities on the property. If you use door dash make sure you put in direction ls of how to get to the property or your prefer will get canceled. Having a personal pool was nice but you can see right into your neighbors pool and vice versa. (Luckily we had courteous neighbors). It was a 30-40 minute drive to Disney which isn’t that bad (even though it’s 14 miles not 6 from the property)

A weekend we'll spent

This home is everything and more It was a nice home and comfortable and we definitely had a great time in the pool Does need more kitchen equipment to use but over all we definitely enjoyed our stay everything was close stores publix etc Game room for the kids was great Thank you for this wonderful trip ❤️

Amazing stay!

We recently stayed at this property, it was close in location & served every purpose needed. Only downfall were the small pillows and the hot tub was not heated. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful and spacious

Everything was just perfect, from booking to check out. House was just what we needed for our stay of 8 people, and big enough for more if needed. We asked for pool to be heated, and it was just the place to relax and unwind from a day at Disney. If you are planing to cook in the house be prepared to buy the basic essentials like salt, pepper, oil, etc. And if planing to use the washer/dryer buy detergent. Besides that is a beautiful house for a relax Vacation.

The house was beautiful

I enjoyed this house very much. The location was perfect. The cleaning crew didn’t do a good job with vacuuming and cleaning the bathrooms. Besides that I enjoyed the house and my family had a great time.

Nice House - Would Stay Again

House was clean just had a lingering odor I assume from the previous guests. The host was responsive to all of my questions. Overall a good experience. Would stay again and recommend to friends and family.

First vacation since pandemic

Overall our stay was enjoyable. The home and location were both very nice. Our main reason for renting a home instead of staying in a hotel was for personal space, keeping my family safe and the advertised "cleaning and santizing" of the property. There was a fee attached to the price for this specifically. At first glance, everything looked amazing until you unpack, get comfortable and start to explore. The property was neat, it was NOT cleaned or sanitized as advertised. The pool was dirty, gameroom was not used because it was very dirty. Toys and ball pit for small children had old food crumbs and dirt from previous renters. I did reach out to management to make them aware of this and another issue only bec you will get several repetitive emails. Emails consisting of inventory of items and that they have been recorded and accounted for. Management, focus on your cleaning staff, everyone does not steal!! Did not get a refund for the cleaning fee but overall would book again if these things are taken care of.
