Welcome to Sunset Pointe at Margaritaville, we are located in the private Estates section of the Margaritaville resort area. Once you step into our home it will be easy to experience a "New State of Mind". Experience breathtaking 180 degree views of the lake from the large living room and multiple private decks. Our home is spacious and offers oversized bedrooms that can accommodate up to 10 people in comfortable beds. Each bedroom suite has a private bathroom, sitting area and private deck offering breathtaking lake views, perfect for your morning coffee or ending the day with a glass of wine.
Our home is designed to accommodate large groups and families with an open concept living room and dining room. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you will need to prepare meals and entertain. There is a grill and ample seating to enjoy meals on the deck while enjoying our famous lake sunsets.
This home is located in the center of the action in Osage Beach and in the heart of the Margaritaville resort. While staying at our home you have access to the private Estates pools from May through September and can also access many of the resort pools and amenities based on the resort guidelines that they have in place. The resort offers several restaurants, the Landshark Bar with outdoor pool and beach area, miniature golf, horseback riding, indoor waterpark, arcade, bowling alley and a pub with pool tables. There also is a spa, outdoor tennis and basketball courts. If you are a golfer you will be in Paradise as you are minutes from a 9 hole and 18 hole Championship golf course.
Our home is located within 10 minutes of all major shopping, restaurants and entertainment areas. Brose through in house magazine and guidebook to organize your leisure activities.
If you are bringing a boat there is a designated unloading area at the Main entrance of the resort and you can reserve space in the Marina during your stay. The marina also offers boat, jet ski and paddle boat rentals.
You'll have 3 designated parking spots and additional parking is available at designated resort lots.

Irma and Richard are wonderful hosts! We were welcomed with snacks, gifts and champagne! The deck was my favorite place to be! We spent a lot of time out there with coffee or a cocktail and also really enjoyed the hot tub! We would definitely stay there again!

This is a beautiful home looking out on the lake. We enjoyed relaxing out on the spacious back deck taking in the view. The bedrooms were spacious and well appointed, and we appreciated having an en suite bathroom for each. Our hosts were over the top wonderful adding many special touches for us. I would recommend this home to anyone!

This property was the perfect place for our summer get-away. The location is fantastic...and the AC worked really well, which we needed as we stayed during the summer heat wave! Hosts were available and helpful! Definitely a great choice!

Girls Trip / 60th Birthday Celebration

From my very first communication with the host as we began planning our trip, all the way to after check out…it was nothing short of exceptional!!!! They were helpful, informative and kind. They even put up a few birthday decorations and gave a small gift. They really went above and beyond. The house was gorgeous inside and out. And impeccably clean. The view was amazing! And we were pleasantly surprised at the ease of the checkout process. The home is close to great places like High Tide and Margaritaville. And there is access to 4 different pools. I recommend this property and host to anyone searching for your get away!!! Thank you so much for making our trip special, comfortable and memorable

Excellent and happy stay

This is a property whose pictures fail to do it full justice. High ceilings and sofa chairs in the living area, a hot tub on the common deck, and private deck from each bedroom add to the ease of stay. It is surrounded by trees. The hosts are excellent who strive to make your stay as happy as possible. Highly recommended.

Great host!!

The house was beautiful and perfect for our friend vacation. We loved the deck space the most and was where we spent most of our time. The host had a lot of little touches that made it special. We had one issues but the host was easy to get ahold of took care of it right away for us! The key pad on the door was difficult to use but overall we had a great experience and lovely time!

When you stay at Sunset Pointe you have access the community pools from May-September and for a fee can access all of the amazing Margaritaville resort ammentities such as spa, horseback riding, bowling, arcade, restaurants, pools (seasonally), and bars. If you are bringing kids they will love the Jolly Mon Indoor waterpark.
