Nuestro condominio recientemente remodelado que está ubicado en el centro de todas las atracciones a unos 7 minutos de la costa del Golfo de México en Clearwater Beach y todos los restaurantes populares perfectos para familias y pequeños grupos de amigos que desean una estadía asequible. Ya sea una noche romántica, una reunión de amigos y familiares, o un momento relajante para reflexionar. Este condominio asequible está a 90 minutos de Walt Disney, Universal Studios y Sea World. Disponible estacionamiento gratuito, gimnasio y piscina.

El espacio
El condominio cuenta con 3 habitaciones con camas Queen Size (6 personas) junto con 2 baños, así como una amplia sala de estar. En la sala de estar tiene un sofá seccional que se reclina y dos camas de aire tamaño queen que se pueden usar, una en la sala de estar y otra en el dormitorio principal, que se ajustan a otras 4 personas con mantas y almohadas adicionales.

El condominio está ubicado en el primer piso e incluye TV de 55 pulgadas con cable. WIFI y cable están incluidos en todo el condominio. También puede traer su APPLE TV o computadora portátil para conectar y ver su Netflix, etc.

Proporcionamos los básicos de la cocina para que pueda disfrutar de su estancia.

El comedor puede sentar cómodamente a 6 personas junto con la isla que se adapta a otras 5 personas con una isla de cocina de granito.

Get getaway close to home!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property myself and a few friends we’re just looking for a guys trip weekend close to the beach and although I live in Tampa this was a perfect getaway. The owner communicated quickly and efficiently, the property was clean and we had no problems during our stay there. Would definitely recommend!!

Our stay started off fine, but several things happened that made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. We checked in around 4 PM and before leaving for dinner I made sure all the interior doors were closed, including the bathroom and master bedroom doors. When we returned later that evening, those doors were open, which was strange because we clearly remembered closing them.About an hour later, around 9 PM, we suddenly heard someone entering the code to unlock the front door. A woman began opening the door to the unit we were staying in. When she saw we were inside, she immediately closed it. I asked why she was trying to enter and she said the owner asked her to stop by and take pictures to make sure everything was good for us. I questioned why someone would come after 9 PM when check-in was at 3 PM. She kept apologizing but couldn’t give a clear explanation. She called the owner and the only thing mentioned was that the owner would check the cameras.After that we did not feel safe. The neighborhood also didn’t feel like a great area since we heard police sirens frequently. While sitting on the patio one evening, someone even threw fart bags toward us. Another downside was that 2 of the 3 bedrooms had no TVs and the only TV looked more like a small computer monitor.I never received any follow-up from the owner, only a message asking how everything was. Because of this experience, I would think twice before booking this listing.

The condo was great

The condo was everything she says it is. Wry nice and comfortable and clean. The property is in a not so nice neighborhood. They have off duty cops patrol the complex. Which made me feel better. It takes on average about 15-30 minutes to get to the beach. 5-7 minutes to get home. On the weekend it took us almost 45 minutes.

Wonderful!

The apartment is really nice and very well kept. It was very comfortable. Everything we needed for the beach was there. It was really nice. The neighborhood is not so great but ok and the community pool was not cleaned the whole time we were there so, we went to the beach instead.

Spacious and close to fun areas

Good unit and comfortable stay

Overall, this property was good. There were six of us and it was plenty roomy for us. The listing showed up to 10 people but I'd seriously consider that before staying here with that many. Minor cosmetic repairs needed like a shower shelf, fix the shower door (both in the master bedroom), replace rusty faucets. Despite these minor issues, the place was comfortable, plenty of parking, and the owner was responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Worth the rental and would stay again.

Winter Vacay

The condo was nice and roomy. Plenty of supplies there for use. Location was handy for restaurants and grocery. If you are a beach person, you might want to consider staying over the bridge. We were not familiar with the area and had no idea how far it was from the beach. It’s only a few miles away but traffic is heavy over by the beach. The owners were awesome as far as communication. We enjoyed our winter escape from the cold and the snow.

Great apartment for a big family

The property is big a very well maintained in an old building. The building is Ok but the unit is great. 3 rooms excellent for 8 people. Would stay here again whenever I come with a big group.

Nice Family Get Away

Very nice, updated condo. It was the perfect size for my family and we really enjoyed ourselves. There were a few hiccups in the beginning but Sandy was very responsive and accommodating. Thanks again.

Close to the beach

The condo is close to the beach. Had everything we needed to cook meals. All the extras provided made it very convenient when going to the beach.
