The rental offers two bedrooms downstairs, one whit a double bed and one with a queen bed and a bunk bed, and one bedroom upstairs with a queen and a single bed. Explore nearby shops, award-winning restaurants, and vibrant surf spots within the Capitola community. This historic coastal town is beloved for its quaint character, making it a favorite among families, surfers, students, and young professionals. Positioned along the scenic Pacific coastline, Grandma's Nest provides access to stunning beaches, paths for romantic walks, and surf spots for all skill levels. Please Note: this rental DOES NOT have any off street parking. There is one permit provided, for parking in open street parking. There is no dedicated parking spot for this home. The permit does allow you to leave the car overnight in the parking area around the wharf and Venetians, but not in the private parking lot for the Venetian hotel. That private lot is for hotel guests only. Any additional cars can park in the paid lots behind the police station. You can keep your car parked in the lot overnight for up to 72 hours. Parking costs are minimal for day use. You do not need to pay after 8pm to 8am, the next morning. So it is free parking from 8pm to 8am, but you will need to pay the meter the next morning at 8am for that following day. There is an app, so you can pay remotely via the app.



This property is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each guest arrives. NO smoking allowed on the property.

No Parties or Disruptive Behavior: Surf City Rentals prohibits parties, open-invite events, disruptive gatherings, and any behavior that disturbs the surrounding community, including excessive noise, visitors, trash, smoking nuisances, parking issues, trespassing, or vandalism.

Cancellation Policy: We strictly adhere to our cancellation policy, and no exceptions will be made.

Trip Insurance: We strongly advise all guests to purchase trip insurance to protect their booking in case of unforeseen circumstances.
