Capitolasuites! Enjoy this two-bedroom, 1 and half bath newly remodeled Ocean View Condo! No need to worry about parking in Capitola. Just drive up to the Capitola Wharf and park in our one car garage!

Unparalleled ocean and beach views from this special retreat at the entrance to the Wharf. BBQ from your balcony and enjoy views over Capitola Village and the waters beyond, or walk a block and find yourself surrounded by restaurants and boutique shops. This is an incredible venue for families, surfers and beach goers to immerse themselves in one of the top US beach towns (sleeps 6). There is a one car garage that is available for you during your stay. We have 220 volt outlet in the garage for charging EV’s. We also have a parking permit for another car for you to use during your stay too.
SPACE: We have king premier memory foam mattres, queen bed and full mattress in small loft area. Couch has a queen pullout sleeper. Full Kitchen. Expansive ocean views from living room, dining room, and kitchen with a covered balcony for outside enjoyment.

Nancy was so nice and responsive and her place is comfortable, convenient, and perfect for families looking for a Capitola Beach vacation. We walked everywhere, had secure parking and EV charging, and easy checkin/checkout instructions.

Capitola Condo

It is a great place to stay. The view is really nice and the condo is cozy and has everything a family needs for a fun stay- 30 second walk to the beach, and the new wharf. The only draw back is the amount of traffic- cars coming in and out to let off kayaks starting early in the AM and going all day.

10 out of 10! Highly recommend staying at this fantastic apartment. Incredible location steps from the wharf,pier, and Downtown Capitola. The views can't be beat. Very comfortable for a family of 4 with two older teens. It is so beautifully decorated and has everything you need. We spent many afternoons on the balcony sipping wine, people watching and gazing at the ocean. Nancy and her son, Tyler were great communicators. My son left his laptop there and Tyler picked it up for us and mailed it back! Can't wait to come back!

Great condo with beach view!

We were visiting from San Francisco, looking for a little beachfront condo to spend spring break, and did we hit the jackpot. This place is in a fantastic location, just steps from Capitola Beach. It's also nicely furnished and well stocked. We will definitely be staying here again.

This place was perfect. The location couldn’t be better—you’re literally 20 steps from the sand, and the views are absolutely breathtaking. We found ourselves not wanting to leave, just soaking it all in. The space was spotless and super comfortable. The beds were dreamy, and the heating worked perfectly when the temps dipped at night. A peaceful, cozy, beachside escape. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

Best location in Capitola Village!

My favorite vacation stay ever! I spent 32 days and loved every minute. Comfortable beds, great living space and the best balcony and view. Short walk to everything the village has to offer, right at the wharf and beach! I have already booked another stay!

Location, location BEACH location

We had an awesome time staying at this Capitola beach condo. The garage was a perfect place to park a single car and not have to fight for parking. The location and view cannot be beat. You do have to climb stairs, so keep that in mind. The bed in the far back bedroom did taco a bit and makes you roll to the middle, but the place was clean. The bathroom toilet needed adjustment as it constantly ran, but we informed the owner. Overall, great location and we hope to rebook.

Annual family vacation

We have been coming to Capitola for eight years and this is hands down our favorite place. Location was perfect, sleeping arrangements perfect and an amazing view. Just beautiful!!

Fantastic location! Lived that we had a parking space because there wasn’t many spaces available in town. This place has a great view and is about a 3 minute walk to downtown restaurants and shopping.

Fabulous place to stay

Perfect place to stay. Walking distance to everything. Great attention to detail in the unit. Nicely decorated. The shower, was amazing. Water pressure was excellent. The shower is located in the hallway so you don’t have to disturb anyone in the bedrooms. Parking for two cars was a bonus, since there is plenty of people checking out the pier which made parking limited. We can’t wait to stay there again.

Relaxation Retreat

The property and location was stunning. Beautiful views and easy access to experience all that Capitola has to offer. Great

Newley remodeled very clean comfortable condo that is literally steps from the beach. Host Nancy responds quickly , is very helpful and even let us know about local events happening during our stay. Great spot. Would definitely recommend.
