The clean modern design of the house perfectly blends the open plan interior onto the generous outdoor spaces filled with dining and lounging spaces. Travertine tiles visually connect the spaces. Elegant, inviting designer furniture, used inside and outside, has a Euro style in soothing taupe, off white and grey with touches of vibrant colour. The interior spaces have ample seating for enjoying the entertainment features of the house as well as indoor dining. A well-appointed kitchen pairs beautifully with the flow of the house. In deep aubergine, steel and grey granite, the kitchen opens to both the exterior and interior spaces connecting the chef with the guests. Covered, multilevel terraces create opportunities to change the scene. On the main level is the large fiber optic pool which delights with ever changing colours at night. Or perhaps enjoy the outdoor pool table for a bit of sport. For really spectacular views, head up to the roof top living space for a spectacular perch to watch the view from sunrise to sunset. A hot tub provides a tranquil spot for detoxing from stress.

The five bedrooms, with hardwood floors, are equal size, have air condition and flat screen TVs with Apple TV plus en suite bathrooms. Each has private seating on covered terraces. One bedroom is off the main villa; two are in a separate casita. The spa bathrooms are fabulously oversized with indoor and outdoor showers opening to private garden views.

Getting Around:
You will be met at the airport when you arrive by your driver. Look for Philippe who will be standing curb side and will be wearing a black button down shirt with The Property Ink’s Logo. He will drive you to the villa or to collect your car rental; this service is complimentary and the vehicle can hold up to 14 people, with one piece of luggage per passenger. Your housekeeper will be waiting for you at the villa for check-in. To welcome you to Saint Martin you are offered one complimentary arrival transfer courtesy of The Property Ink. Any additional arrival or departure transfers are to be requested, and paid for in cash directly to the driver. Please contact your pre-arrival concierge for pricing and reservations. Please note the cost of transfers vary depending on the amount of passengers. If you wish to leave your vehicle at the villa on departure you will need to consult with your rental company to confirm if they allow this, note additional charges may apply. Please remember to fill your gas tank back up so that no additional charges will occur.
