L'Egérie - Magnifique appartement haut de gamme

Situated 2 minutes from Vieux-Lyon metro station, a few steps from the Saône river and 5 mn walk to place Bellecour, this classy 140m² apartment is on the 2nd floor with an elevator, in a great standing building.

It comes with an amazing 70 m² living room, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, and two amazing calm bedrooms both offering a king size bed and a modern bathroom with an Italian shower.
Next to the living room, you will enjoy a nice long balcony overlooking the street.

We provide you with convenience products (rice, pasta) and you have access to a fully equipped kitchen. Sheets and towels are included.

You will be given the keys on appointment by a specific Memorable Place agent at the property. Kindly consider a minimum 1 hour delay based on our agent's planning between booking and checkin.

For long stays, our dedicated team will have to access the apartment for a full cleaning every 2 weeks (already included in the price paid) in accordance with our rental conditions, with a time slot defined in advance with the traveler. It is a compulsory cleaning for your comfort and to maintain the apartment at its best, thanks for your understanding.

For any additional cleaning other than those planned: supplement of E150 per cleaning.

Late checkout possible until 1PM for a supplement of 18euro (subject to availability, please send your request the day before you leave at the latest).

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.

Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)
