- A living room with a comfortable sofa, a television, an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, and a cosy dining area that can seat up to 3 people.

Upstairs:
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), a large fitted wardrobe, ideal for 2 people.
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190), perfect for one person.
- A bathroom with a bath and toilet.

Outside:
- You’ll have the chance to enjoy a large 18m² south-west-facing terrace, equipped with garden furniture and a large table for convivial meals.

The Vill'arborea is situated in the predominantly administrative district of Gerland, and more specifically in the Jean Jaurès area, close to transport links, shops and restaurants.

Transport:
If you’re coming by car, the Jean Jaurès car park is a 7-minute walk away; it’s free but limited to 100 spaces. Alternatively, you can find free parking spaces around the flat.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- The metro is a 2-minute walk from the flat.
- Part-Dieu station is on the same line, just 4 stops away; you’ll be one metro stop away from Jean Macé and the T2 tram, which takes you straight to Perrache station, and four stops from Place Bellecour.

Vill'Arborea is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Lyon and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be met on site by a member of our team, who will show you round the flat, explain how everything works and hand over the keys.
