The property faces north-northwest with a glistening front-loaded saltwater pool and spa. The front yard is enveloped by 6ft privacy walls, ficus hedge, and trees, creating privacy and seclusion without blocking the stunning peaks of the San Jacinto mountain range.
The back of the home is open to the golf course yet comfortably sheltered by trees which provide shade for the patio lounge, outdoor dining area and stainless steel gas grill.
Inside the home you'll find an expansive living space, with two separate living areas. The double-sided fireplace divides a lounge area with slider access to the front yard and pool, and a sleek entertainment room with a gigantic 65in HDTV. The entertainment room, kitchen and dining room enjoy an open layout with plenty of natural light from floor-to-ceiling glass that opens to the rear patio, golf course, and mountain views. Just off the entertainment room is an office for working from home.
With a dining room that seats eight, this home needed a large and well equipped gourmet kitchen, which is exactly what the owners did when they remodeled the home. Crisp white cabinets, quartz counters and high-end stainless appliances complete this dream kitchen. Just off the kitchen a sizable room doubles as a pantry, complete with wine chillers, and the laundry room.
The primary suite has a plush California King bed, 55in HDTV, a huge walk-in closet and dressing room, and an en suite bathroom with dual sinks, oversized bathtub, large walk-in glass shower & water closet. The suite also has slider access to its own private patio lounge with mountain views, from which one can also access the garage and the kitchen through side doors. The en suite bath has slider access to the front yard and pool by way of a rock wall corridor that also encompasses the outdoor shower.
The two brightly designed guest bedrooms, each with its own en suite bath are on the other side of the house. The first has a king-size bed, a 55 inch HDTV, a large closet, and slider access to the pool. The second guest room has a queen bed, 40 HDTV, a closet with additional storage, and slider access to a private patio.
More to note: A powder room just off the foyer, two car garage, outdoor ceiling fans, poolside dining table & plush chaise lounges, cable, smart TVs, WIFI and E.V. charger in the garage.
RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:
**Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day. This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 6 (regardless of age) and no parties.
**Palm Springs has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.
**Included in your booking is an accidental damage waiver fee which applies to covered damage up to $2000. Rules and limits apply. See the rental contract for more information.
**On rentals of 28-nights or more renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $3500 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you.
**The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.
**This house is dog-friendly (2 max) with prior approval and payment of an additional pet fee. No other animals allowed.
