Escape! Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo fully equipped with EVERYTHING you need for a great extended stay. Full size appliances and washer/dryer in unit. A short 2 min walk to the beach! From the large balcony with seating for 4 and a table, you have a great view of the rides at Family Kingdom Amusement Park and can watch the fireworks on 4th of July and NYE! Outdoor pool, kiddie pool, indoor hot tub, gas grills, picnic tables, basketball and tennis courts all on the gated property.
Great beach decor will have you in a coastal state of mind! Black out curtains in every room and a fireplace will keep you cozy year round! 2 queen beds and 2 couches (not pull outs) can sleep 6 comfortably. 55" TV's in the living room and both bedrooms. Games, cards and DVDs in the storage of the fireplace. Basketball, tennis balls and racquets, frisbee, Velcro catch game and grill set to use stored in the in unit laundry room along with 2 beach chairs and a cart equipped with wheels made for the sand! Fully equipped kitchen for home cooked meals away from home. Storage containers for leftovers too! Just bring your clothes and toiletries and RELAX! Extra blankets are in the chests in the living room.
So close to many attractions. Just a short 2 block walk to the beach! Family Kingdom amusement park is an 8 min walk as well! The airport, 2 miles away. The attractions at the boardwalk are only 1.5 miles. Restaurants, shopping, ziplining, 2nd Street pier, mini golf, water park, helicopter rides all within 5 miles!
Contactless check in. Enjoy the ease of going straight to your condo and not having to return keys to an off site location. We will be available around the clock to answer any questions you may have. We hope you enjoy your stay at the flamingos nest! Please note: If the parking pass is not returned, there will be a charge of $100. If the key fob is not returned, there will be a charge of $200

Ok at best. Not a great area. Main window going out to the balcony had no curtains or blinds. Although the place was close to our meeting place. 6-7 minutes

April was a wonderful host! Very kind and quick to respond to any questions I had. Good location it was a quick walk to the beach with many different restaurant options close by. There is also a few souvenir shops close by if you like to shop. My kids loved having their own room and bathroom. The kids really enjoyed their stay and they loved the beach. If we were to revisit Myrtle beach this property would be considered again!

We requested an early check in, they forgot they agreed in writing. We had no curtains in the living room due to water leak and the ceilings were stained and damaged- the Sheetrock was so wet we couldn’t hang the curtain, but after several messages they told me I could hang a sheet - the living room had a couch that is considered a sleeping area and it was uncomfortable knowing the world could see inside- I did notice the police arresting people outside the balcony- several homeless people wandering and screaming profanities throughout the night made the living room area super uncomfortable to be in.. the ceiling in the kitchen was staring to fall apart, the laundry room has water leaking onto the dryer in puddles. The door lock is super finicky so be careful- NO EXTRA parking permitted at all- NO FLOATYS in the pool for children. Need to provide own sheets for the couches they consider sleeping areas- not pull out couches. Close location to the beach, the pool, and grill area super nice- the outside facilities clean and well kept. Allow extra time for dryer to dry clothes because it takes 4 cycles to dry. attentive condo parking/pool attendants. We stayed 5 nights for over 1500 I would recommend going somewhere else- there are many places to stay in better condition for similar prices. I doubt this condo is almost 1200 sq ft. very small. The leak was NOT new do to staining on ceiling, would like to have been notified of no curtains and water damage-

Nice place great location

We had a great week. Enjoyed the quick walk to the beach a few days a couple of pools days. Also enjoyed some golfing.

We were here for our annual girl's trip. The condo is nicely decorated and the location is perfect, the beach is a very short walk. I would definitely recommend this place.

Excellent place and host

April was a wonderful host. Responded to our messages quickly and accommodated our requests. The location is within walking distance of many restaurants, entertainment, and stores. We truly enjoyed our stay!

As advertised

The property was in a great location and check in instructions were clear and prompt. I'm not sure how often the unit is cleaned though because there was an old juice box on the patio and someone else's receipt in the drawers. There had been a leak from an upper unit that had caused some damage that was repaired on the date of our check in, but the host ensured that all work was completed by the time of our check in. There was just some dusty footprints left behind by the workers.

Great weekend getaway

The condo was clean, in a great location, and quiet. We came down for the Myrtle Beach Marathon and had a great stay. I’ll definitely book this place again!

Perfect!

Everything you could need for a perfect stay! We enjoyed the balcony so much and we were able to see some pretty amazing sunrises! The beds were comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, the unit was clean and very cozy. Thanks tons April! If we are ever in the area we would definitely stay again!

Good Stay

Overall great experience. Bit of a hiccup checking in, but that seemed like it was a vrbo issue. Once I got in contact with April, everything was fixed and the rest of the experience was excellent. She’s friendly and helpful. Residence was clean and close to the beach. No complaints.

Walking distance to the beach!

2 minute walking distance from the beach. This was a great location for easy access. The condo is well maintained and clean in a quiet tower. Kitchen was great to cook meals. Laundry access was a bonus. You can see the ocean from the balcony which was great. Check in was easy. For a beach vacation, this was perfect. Would definitely come back!

Great Girls Weekend!

We had a pleasant stay with a convenient location to the beach. The property was clean and had all the amenities we desired. This condo comfortably slept 4 people in beds and another one on a couch.
