Enjoy waking up next to the pool right outside your door private room with private entrance with your own bathroom two airports with 30 minutes drive close to pine island about 30 minutes Sanibel island about 30 drive fort Myers Beach about 20 minutes drive lots of restaurants bars and grocery stores all within 3 miles of house. Room is attached to main house where owner lives pool and pool area is shared with owner I do not allow party at all room and pool area are for registers guess only NO PARTY NO FIREWORKS ONLY REGISTER GUESS IN POOL

Great place

Very nice room with microwave and refrigerator. I would recommend that if you don’t want to stay in the busy hotel. Quite and safe neighborhood.

Comfy and quiet room.

My stay at Ron's rental room was great! I had no issues at all. The air conditioning worked great, it had a very nice shower and bathroom. The swimming pool is heated so that was very nice. This place is in a good location too. It is close to many stores and restaurants. Its only about a 20 minute drive to Fort Myers Beach. I would definitely recommend staying at Ron's place

Short getaway

Owner/manager was attentive and accommodating. This was a weekend getaway and it met my expectation. Quaint neighborhood and close to many good restaurants. I highly recommend it. Thank you, Ron!

Loved this little spot. Great decor- not over the top. Plenty of room, beautiful new bath, very important large coffee pot, fresh, clean and secure. I was traveling alone for part of my trip and felt very safe. Ron is a great guy, a veteran, easy and quick communication. Would return!!

Convenient, clean, great to stay over night in.

Loved the location. Close to everything. Everything worked well and was very private. Would have liked if the pool was heated. Disappointed we couldn’t use it because it was too cold due to the heater was ruined in the hurricane and hadn’t been replaced yet. Owner was very accommodating and kind.

Immaculate

The room is perfect and, while we did not have a chance to use it, it’s nice to have the pool outside the door. Owner had chairs available for us to use at the beach and that was nice. Great place and it could not have been any cleaner.

Quiet and comfortable - perfect host!

We totally enjoyed this comfortable arrangement with a very nice, clean room, the ability to fix our breakfasts and occasional lunches here. The pool was all ours during our stay. A great location near Fort Myers and Naples where we have friends. Cape Coral has lots of restaurants in its busy downtown. The best part was the host who immediately met our needs for extra dishes or pool chairs for sunning or anything else while giving us privacy as well. He was excellent!

"Just right"

Property owner was friendly and helpful; he was waiting for us outside when we arrived. He had already sent photos of where to park, the way in, the key lockbox, and the room lock. Outdoor lighting was exceptional, with a flashlight provided for nighttime entry. We asked for early check-in; the owner kept us informed, and he let us know as soon as the room was clean and ready. The room was exactly as pictured, as well as the pool area. Our host offered beach chairs and umbrella for our beach day. The bedding smelled clean and fresh. Blankets were soft and comfy, extra blankets were provided. The room was clean. Plenty of drawers to put our things in. The surrounding neighborhood felt safe, and had a "family" feel. Grocery store a block from the property. Plenty of gas stations, restaurants, etc. nearby.

Overall nice place to stay.

Worked good for short vacation. Private older but updated home. Quiet and safe. Owner on-site if needed anything. Nice pool but didn’t use during stay. Well lit entrance. Microwave could use little extra cleaning and beds comfy but not best quality n little noisy. Still restful nights sleep. Would stay there again if in area.
