However, these pests are very common in this climate area. So, if you see them, please do not be too surprised. Just let us know, we will request professional service to come right after your reservation.

- For both guest and host safety/security there is one outdoor security camera facing the driveway, for protecting the property and for liability. It is only reviewed if there is an issue and not monitored out of respect for guest privacy.
