Perfect place for a family vacation

Our family really enjoyed this property. It was perfect for our family and set up well to accommodate our kids. We loved being steps from the beach and just down the street from parks, restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Tropic Like It’s Hot

We enjoyed our stay at Tropic Like It’s Hot very much! It was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Being able to see the ocean outside and from the inside of the house was a definite plus! Loved the upstairs balcony! We’ll be back!

Relaxing weekend!

My mom and I recently stayed at Tropic for a relaxing weekend getaway and it truly delivered! The house is a great value, clean, well stocked, and you cannot beat the oceanfront view and beach access. The only thing that could make the house even better is more comfortable beds (mine was quite firm, though that’s just my opinion). I would definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

Grate fall vacation

The property was very beautiful. The elevator was grate for bringing in luggage and groceries The gates on the deck were nice for families with small children. We would like to come back in the future.

Lovely home away from home!

This home fit all of our kids (adults and minors) and met all their wishes! We even got to be there when the first sea turtle nest of the season was made right out our back door! So cool! The hosts were very responsive and quick to address any need we had. Highly recommend!

Family vacay

Loved everything about this property. From the games and toys in the loft for the grandchildren to the kitchen table that accommodated family meals. The elevator was a plus getting all our stuff upstairs. The deck was as spacious and safe for a two-year old. We will be back! The hosts are super nice and responded efficiently to my many questions. Thanks for a great back to school summer ending vacay.

Great house in a great location

The house was perfect for our winter weekend trip with friends and our 3 kids (6 months to 5 years old). It had everything we needed including toys, puzzles, and books to help keep the kids entertained when we weren't able to be outside enjoying the beach. The location was great as well. It's just a short trip to stores and restaurants, but is in a quiet part of the island. Access to the beach is also very easy directly from the house. The sunrise/sunset views from the deck cannot be beat. We hope to book another trip for the summer when we can really enjoy the weather and the beach more!

Winter Weekend Getaway

We had a great weekend getaway at Tropic Like It's Hot! The home was well stocked with all the things you would find in your own kitchen, had comfortable seating, great bedding, and unbelievable views. My wife and I drank coffee every morning from the deck watching the sun rise and a glass of wine at sundown. We saw dolphins one evening and being directly on the beach made it easy to go for daily walks. We brought our elderly parents, and the elevator made it very accessible. We look forward to coming back again soon!

Family Retreat

Our stay at this beach home was for 3 days/nights. No negatives at all to mention. The home was as advertised and photos were accurate. My parents, adult sister and I enjoyed our time finding ourselves sitting on the deck rockers as well as sitting in the livingroom looking out the enormous window at sunrises and sunsets. A wonderful beachfront choice in colder weather. The elevator made it all possible for my parents to make the trip and be able to fully enjoy the oceanfront. We hope to plan another trip. My father asked if i could call the owners and extend a few more nights :) We will attempt another trip in the spring for another adventure.

Absolutely Amazing

The pictures and description of this property does not give it justice. It was absolutely incredible and though it's hard to find any rental that is 100% baby proof, this came pretty darn close. The direct access to the beach was perfect (especially running back multiple times with the little one). Could asked for a better house and perfect for the whole family!!! Can't wait to stay here again.

November weekend

Loved the property. It has a spectacular view and access to the ocean. The weather was cool and rainy, but we were still able to enjoy the deck. Looks like a recently remodeled kitchen. Lots of space. Town near by with Publix for groceries. Could really see this being a great location for summer rental.

Perfect weekend getaway

Everything was as advertised. We’ve stayed in multiple beachfront homes on the island and this was our favorite. The view from master bedroom was amazing with no neighboring homes obstructing the view. We will be coming back.
