Turn to the right and you'll find the well-equipped kitchen. It boasts stainless steel appliances and spacious wooden cabinets to help you prepare mouth-watering meals. Make your way all the way to the end of the home to find the inviting living area with comfortable sofas near a wood stove, perfect for a winter stay. The second level of this charming retreat is a loft area with three beds and plenty of board games to make your stay even more entertaining. Outside, the large deck with unparalleled forest views awaits. There's an outdoor dining area and a gas grill available, creating the perfect setting for midday cookouts. Once the sun starts setting, grab some blankets, and gather around the firepit with your friends. The fire crackling right in front of you and the gorgeous lush scenery will create an amazing and unforgettable atmosphere.

Leavenworth Cozy Cabin offers lucky guests beach access just down the street, about 200 yards east. Lake Wenatchee is a popular playground for boating and fishing enthusiasts, and the crisp waters come straight from the Cascade Mountain glaciers above. Rent a boat or jet skis and make the most of your time at Lake Wenatchee! Only seven and a half miles away is Lake Wenatchee State Park where you can find a boat launch, a larger sandy beach, paddleboard or kayak rentals, and hiking trails. If you wish to visit downtown Leavenworth, you can take the scenic 25-mile drive south where you'll find shopping, dining, wine-tasting rooms, and year-round festivals.

Excellent location.

The cabin was very clean when we arrived, and it had plenty of kitchen utensils that we needed. The location was excellent, and supplies were well-stocked. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

Lovely

Very nice, quiet, relaxing and log cabin-y everywhere. Loved the bedroom decor. In the listing would mention that the TV works, but is "Roku" I spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to watch our local team play Monday Night Football on ABC. Was unable. Found a weird screen where the teams were X's and O's... The property and cabin were lovely, we would both come back in a heart beat ❤️

Mmmm the lovely smell of hot septic water!

Vacasa is great, the home was TERRIBLE! The electrical in the house is hit and miss. Many light bulbs not working or missing all together. The hot water smells like a sewage treatment plant. Couldn’t take showers at all. The driveway and steps leading up to the cabin are treacherous. I wish I could get my money back, my first anniversary trip here was ruined by this shanty cabin.

Log Cabin Stay on Lake Wenatchee

Pro: The layout and location of the property was great! Con: The water was not usable from the faucets/shower as it smelled heavily and tasted like boiled eggs/sulfur. We had to go to the state park to take showers. There was no garbage can outside and on Saturday night there was a mouse/rat that came through the bathroom wall. Pretty uncomfortable experience especially for the price.

Beautiful Cabin, make sure you bring everything you need

The cabin itself is awesome. Beautiful. There are no instructions telling anything about the place. We were never sure if the front door was locked when we slept at night. Would be nice to have instructions how to lock the electronic door lock or a deadbolt. There wasn’t directions how to turn on heat. It was cold when we woke up and couldn’t find heat. There is a hammer, extension cord, and much more in the kitchen but we couldn’t find a measuring cup or measuring spoon. We have rented a lot of cabins and this was the first that didn’t have much there. Make sure you bring everything you may need. The water is silver water, being water to drink, wash your teeth with, and cook. For the price, we expected more. Still a beautiful place.

Vacasa is terrible to deal with

Upon check in date to the vacation rental, it was apparent that there were multiple fires, locally, causing extreme unhealthy air conditions. Not only did Vacasa not warn us of such extreme air quality, when asking for another property in a safer area, we were told numerous times that the air quality is fine. They told us they had people in the area that confirmed there is no air quality issue. I have taken screenshots of air, quality and local Facebook posts with photos, multiple times a day every day that we were supposed to stay here and they all confirm and support terrible air quality. Vacasa denied, moving us to another property, denied, poor air, quality, denied refund on any part of the reservation. We did not set foot on the property as the air quality is too unhealthy to breathe. Also, the property does not have air-conditioning or air filtration.

Cozy cabin beautiful area

Fun space, beautiful scenery! Easily fit 2 of our 4 person families even with one bathroom! Wish there had been firewood for the firepit but we made do.

Cute but cold inside!

We arrived after 7 pm. The house was difficult to find as it is not marked on the house or along the street. The inside temperature was 61 degrees and it was 27 outside. We found a couple of baseboard heaters and found they were turned non as far as they would go. There is a wood stove but no wood provided. Had we known heat was dependent on the wood stove and wood was not provided, we would have brought some ourselves. Since it was after 7, everything was closed so we could not get wood without traveling all the way into Leavenworth. When I reached out to Vacasa, I was basically told too bad. We purchased wood the next day for that evening and it was much better. The home was clean (cleaning staff left a few things behind) and the beds were comfortable. It’s a very charming home with a lot of character, it was just a tad too cold for me the first night.

Relaxing lakeview getaway

We loved our little getaway at the cabin! It was the prefect relaxing getaway for my husband, two kids, and I. Seeing the lake peeking through the trees was beautiful! The stairs can be a little difficult for young kids, and there are some spaces where the railings don't go all the way to the 'a frame' walls upstairs, but the bunk beds are on the main level so they may not need to go upstairs at all. The kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and utensils, and there is a coffee pot and espresso machine; just be sure to bring your own coffee. There are also a few games, card games, and a large dvd collection. I believe the water is well water, so it has some smell and coloration, but for a cabin on the lake that is a bit expected. The driveway is also pretty steep and ended up being a sheet of ice in the middle of January so be prepared for that. It's located just a short drive from Plain so we were able to go get some firewood and matches to enjoy a fire in the wood burning fireplace. Overall, it was a perfect, relaxing getaway for our family and we would definitely go again!

Great location and good value

Wildfire smoke impacted our stay at Cozy Cabin, meaning we spent quite a bit more time inside than expected. The addition of internet was thus a welcome surprise and the ample DVD collection helpful. The kitchen is well equipped although lighting isn't great. The deck was lovely when it was safe to be outside and the lake access was just fine for our small family. The location is close to some good hiking trails. Take note that the cabin is between two others (one under construction) and backs up to a road. The water had a sulfur smell although notes said it was safe. It would be nice to have screens on more of the windows and covers for the windows in the loft next to the road.

Cool house inside

Very cool house. My kids loved the loft and front porch. Rooms were great size. Lots of beds. My sister slept on the couch it was so comfortable. The lake is very cold. Make sure you bring food. The nearest store is 15 minute drive. The driveway is steep and a bit tricky to get up.

Cozy and spacious

This cabin is very well priced for what you get. BIG living room and dinning table, well stocked kitchen and a GREAT deck with BBQ and fire pit (wasn’t working while we were there). Despite lots of other houses, neighborhood is very quiet. We’d love to come back and see it in the snow!

Great little getaway

We had a great time at the cozy & rustic cabin. It was well appointed and clean. Great location, walking distance to the lake. We’ll be back!

Nice place

The house was nice but it was not as clean as we would have liked. There was dead bugs all around, the water smelled so strong of hard minerals that it was hard to shower or brush our teeth with it. Some of the dishes weren’t clean they had food stuck to them. It said that firewood would be provided for the fireplace but there wasn’t any and only a couple matches to light the fire once we got wood. It wasn’t what we were expecting and unfortunately we were disappointed.
