Family/kid/pet friendly Fulton Bungalow. New remodel! 3 bedrooms, 4 Beds, 3 full bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen.
Four queen beds with lovely linens. 3 baths have fluffy towels, towel warmers and basic soaps and shampoo. Park in 2 spaces in the alley driveway. Cozy hot water radiant heat. Central Air. Airy porch. Fenced Yard. Simple home gym
Solar panels. Pak n Play crib, high chair, dog crate available upon request. Unbeatable location in SW Mpls in the wonderful Fulton neighborhood. Lake/Park
Uncluttered and welcoming spaces. Three private levels each with a bathroom and sleeping accommodations. Thoughtful kitchen layout and equipment. Main floor living room has a sectional sofa, a leather recliner and a gas fireplace. The main level includes the kitchen, bedroom, sitting room with dresser and wardrobe, steam shower bathroom, bright back porch and the dining room. The dining room seats ten using the breakfast counter seating and the table seating. The 2nd level is a private suite. It contains a full tile shower and a queen bed in the sleeping cubby. Also provided is a sectional sofa and a work desk, closet and clothing storage for your use.
The lower level includes a large bedroom, family room, full tub bath, laundry, ping pong table and workout/desk area. The bedroom has two queen beds, clothing storage and a dresser. The family room has a smart TV and a generous sofa that pulls out into a sectional/queen sleeper for lounging and sleeping. The lower level has in floor heat for warmth and comfort. The lower level bath has a deep tub/shower perfect for relaxing or scrubbing youngsters. There is a ping pong table for you to enjoy! The office space has a desk and a printer. I provide three luggage racks for your use. Wifi provided. Coded locks for your easy entry and security.

Great location

This property is in a great location, 7 blocks from 50th and France with restaurants, shopping and entertainment all within easy walking distance. Kitchen is small and cooking for a large group is a challenge but doable. Nice space outside if the weather is good. The downside is that isn’t a room that you can comfortably seat more than 5-6 people.

Fantastic stay

Great home in a wonderful neighborhood!! This is a perfect spot if you are traveling with furry companions ( fenced backyard). Location was great as well…highly recommend!

Great place to stay- all the bathrooms have been remodeled recently and there was plenty of places to sleep for the whole group. The house is so well stocked. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Would definitely stay there again!

Fab House in a Lovely Neighborhood!

We had a lovely time staying here with my family. The house was just right in terms of comfortable and spacious. The enclosed porch and the deck on the back are great for hanging out. Since the house was remodeled not too long ago, everything was top shape. The kitchen is well equipped and quite functional. I both recommend the house and the owner - she's very responsive and helpful! Top marks for everything!

Great Stay in Cute Neighborhood

I loved staying in this house! One thing that stands out is that it's the most eco-friendly VRBO I've stayed in. They had compost and recycling clearly marked, and tons of eco-friendly products which was a really lovely surprise for my family. The home also has excellent space. We rented the house for the weekend of our wedding and the upstairs lounge was perfect for the girls while the basement was perfect for the guys to get ready. The house itself feels very home-y and I adore the craftsman style. Both my husband and I remarked that this is exactly the kind of house we'd love to live in, so it was fun to stay in for a few days! Thank you for the great memories!

Holiday Stay

We had a wonderful, comfortable stay. Such a fun space for children, and a lovely place to have family visit for dinner. Everything we could have needed and more. We can’t wait to come back to explore the area in all seasons.

What a glorious stay and we had a last minute change that was accommodated without question. Comfortable, plenty of places to sit, sleep, relax and settle into.

Lovely home and neighborhood

We chose this place for the proximity to relatives in the Fulton neighborhood and we like older homes with character and were traveling there with our dog. The house decor is nice and it was very clean. We used the living room fireplace, which was a plus. Bathrooms with steam showers were a wonderful amenity we all enjoyed and the beds were comfy. For people in our group, which included agile young adults, the loft bed was a difficult access, as it involves a hop up onto a platform from the middle of a staircase. The couch in the loft was a good alternative. There were a couple of safety issues that could be addressed with simple fixes. The basement stairs had carpeting on the landing which was slippery and there was no handrail on the stairs. The narrow metal chair legs from the dining set slid into the holes on the floor radiator cover. Twice while dining, two different people sitting at that spot at the table had the chair leg abruptly slide into the radiator and drop down several inches, nearly falling. Once this happened while the person was holding a baby. Most of these things seem to be simple fixes.

This house has been lovingly and thoughfully prepared for your enjoyment. The location is amazing and convenient. Fulton is a charming neighborhood on the southern side and west edge of Minneapolis. It borders the suburbs of St Louis Park and Edina. It is truly a wonderful area of the city. Groceries are easily available at Lund's at 50th and France Ave or the Linden Hills Coop at 44th and France Ave.
There are numerous cafes, pet supplies, restaurants, shopping of all kinds, antiquing and parks within walking distance. The south end of Lake Harriet is a mile away. This is the southernmost lake in the urban chain of four lake, Cedar, Lake of the Isles, Bde Mka Ska and Lake Harriet. These lakes have trails and parks all around them, boat rentals, paddle board rentals, swimming, sailing and are free and open to the public. Minnehaha Creek is a three block amble away. Very convenient to malls and box stores, the airport and Mall of America. Places to ice skate in the winter also very close by. Sledding, cross country skiing, golf, biking and walking trials and lake activities abound.
