Our three remodeled villas offer 5 bedrooms, 6 baths, plus a communal rancho with an open-air kitchen. Experience tranquility and connection in our coastal paradise!
- Nuestra increíble propiedad privada frente al mar está situada en el corazón de Playa Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. Ofrecemos tres villas de lujo: una es de dos pisos, una habitación, dos baños con cocina completa, y dos son dos habitaciones, dos baños. Hay un total de cinco habitaciones entre las tres villas, dando espacio para una ocupación total de 10 adultos. Best place to stay in Santa Teresa!

We stayed at Nekaui for 10 days and it did not disappoint! Glori and her staff were amazing! The property was well maintained from the grounds to each suite, and cleaned daily. Its location was perfect - you can sit on the many decks listening to the waves, read a book laying in the hammock by the beach, or tan by the pool. No real reason to leave, but if you must, the town was an easy walk to local shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Glori connected us with names for private yoga, massage and a chef which were all 10 out of 10! Chef Rolando's meals were delicious and we enjoyed hearing the history of some of his dishes. We can't wait to return - Pura Vida!

Best vacation ever!

This was the most amazing place! We flew to Liberia and drove. The drive was surprisingly easy and we arrived to a warm hug from Gloriana and a tour of the property. It almost didn't feel real as we were walking around. The property is gorgeous, and well maintained on a daily basis. We were early to bed, early to rise people- we had activities first thing and returned to a breakfast prepared by our housekeeper. We gathered every evening on the porch for dinner and games-also went to a few restaurants. The supermarket was just at the end of the driveway so it incredibly convenient for all the things we kept forgetting! We took surfing lessons, went fishing, zip lining, horseback riding on the beach,and diving. That still left plenty of time to just sit in the hammocks, read, nap, or just watch the sun go down. The beach is beautiful just in front of the house. It's very rocky in the water, but the tide pools created at low tide were so fun to explore. The surfing and swimming beach is just to the right of the house and an easy walk with surfboards. It is truly as oasis.. Santa Teresa (town) has everything you would need for your stay. The roads are really rough with a car and most people are on 4 wheelers. We rented 2 but still needed the car if we all went somewhere together. Glori is wonderful..she handled everything with such a beautiful demeanor and she felt like family by the time we left! Lovely people! Highly, highly recommend!

Unbelievable Property - Fantastic Staff

This was our first time in Santa Teresa and it lived up to the expectation! The entire experience from start to finish exceeded expectations and we hope to come again in the next several months with extended family. From the moment we booked - Gloriana was in constant communication helping us plan for the trip, set up transfers from the airport, recommend local restaurants, set up ziplining, quads etc. Honestly, anything we needed she was quick to assist and the recommendations were spot on. Don Julio picked us up from the Tambor airport and drove us to the property which was about a 40 minute ride - super friendly gave us the lay of the land as we drove along. The property sits right on the water and you can crack the windows in the rooms and here the ocean. While the beach in front is fairly rocky - all you need to do is walk about 50 yards down the beach to get to a place to hop in and enjoy the water without worry of rocks. The rocks in front of the house ended up being a bonus becuase when the tide went out there were a ton of tide pools with Sea Cucumber, Starfish, Crabs etc. The kids loved it! All of the rooms have AC, are cleaned daily and the kitchen was a great spot for everyone in our group to hang out and catch up. The large patio outside was the place where we had breakfast every morning and adult beverages at night. Each night we walked about 30 yards to the beach and watched the sunset which got more stunning each night we stayed. I would post pictures but they would not do it justice - truly unbelievable. We also had Howler Monkeys stop by on two separate occasions which was pretty exciting. The entire staff was exceptional! There is security on-site and part of the staff that watched the property each night which was also another added bonus. Gloriana set up Covid tests and they came to the property and we had the results back in about 12 hours via email - super easy. Really great stay and would highly recommend!

AMAZING!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We visited Santa Teresa in December/Jan. for the holidays and Casa Nekaui did not disappoint. We rented the main house and the 2 casita's for our 2 families and the set up was perfect. The main house is where we ate breakfast every morning. Breakfast was prepared by Joli who was lovely and always smiling and so accommodating. We also had cocktails at the main house watching the incredible sunsets. The property is beautiful and situated right on the beach but if you walk down the path to the main road you're in the middle of town. It's the best of both worlds as it's quiet and peaceful at the house but you're still in the middle of the action of all the restaurants and shops, etc. Glori is the manager of the house and I cannot say enough about her. She is amazing!!! If we needed anything she was on it ALWAYS with a huge smile. She's the best. She felt like part of our family! She helped us with reservations, recommendations, food requests. Also, Joli prepared dinner for us one evening and I highly recommend taking advantage of that opportunity. Food was delicious and the price of her preparing our meal was more than fair. Santa teresa has some delicious restaurants. Some of our highlights were Amici for Italian, Pronto also Italian (went there three times - pizza, meatballs, eggplant all delish), Kojis (sushi), Ani's Bowls for great cappuccino and huge salads, Zwart cafe for fish tacos and eat street for coffee and great food. I recommend taking Glori's recommendations - everything she suggested was top notch. Keep in mind there is no decaf coffee in Santa teresa so if that's your jam bring some as there are coffee makers on the property. Also, I would recommend renting an ATV. The roads can be bumpy and that seems to be the preferred way to get around. Also, flying into Tambor was super conventent. Don Julio picked us up and was great. We called on his taxi service throughout our visit and he was always able to send cars for us with a moments notice. Check out all beautiful Costa Rica has to offer. It's an amazing place and we will back!!

Amazing Property!

We loved our stay. The property is modern and pristine, service was impeccable, and the house manager Glori was wonderful to work with. Beachfront location and within walking distance to restaurants and supermarket was perfect.

Great spot

Nekaui is a great spot. Close to all the action but tucked away so it is quiet. All the staff were great and very attentive and helpful. We rented the whole place and it was great for our group
