Ubicado en el centro de la parte norte de Santa Teresa, a solo 3 minutos a pie de los mejores lugares para practicar surf en Costa Rica.
Nuestra Villa de nueva construcción está situada en una zona tranquila perfecta para relajarse y descansar durante las vacaciones, pero también a poca distancia del supermercado, restaurantes, cafetería y a pocos pasos del lugar de surf de Brunelas.
Villa Tropical es espaciosa, luminosa y totalmente equipada.

La villa tiene 3 dormitorios con 3 baños cada uno, sala de estar grande y cocina totalmente equipada, sala de estar exterior con piscina y jardín tropical.
Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y ventiladores.
Habrá una señora de la limpieza todos los días cuidando la casa.

My friends and I couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. The property and location are amazing. Judit, our host, was super helpful and responsive. We had her line up transportation, massages, and ATV rentals. Everything went as smoothly as possible. I’ve been traveling to Santa Teresa for over 20 years and this was without a doubt my most comfortable stay. I would book this again without hesitation. This would be a perfect place for a group of surfers (we comfortably had 4 people) or 2-3 couples looking for space and privacy. Bravo Judit and team.

Wonderful Place

This was the perfect place for a girlfriend's trip. The home is well laid out, and is a beautiful little oasis. The outdoor area and pool are very nice. We would rent here again!

We had an amazing stay ! The property is clean the location is perfect close to everything… beach restaurants shops . The property manager was incredibly helpful helped us book boat tour . She was always available and answered all questions immediately. All in all a fabulous trip !!

Wonderful Stay, Want to Come Back

My family and I (2 kids - 7 & 6 years old) recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful VRBO property hosted by Lucy, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we booked, she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Her recommendations for local activities and restaurants were spot-on, making our trip both enjoyable and hassle-free. The house itself was spacious, beautiful, and centrally located, which made exploring the town incredibly convenient. We truly felt at home and had an amazing time. Lucy was always available to offer advice and make our stay more comfortable. If you’re looking for an amazing host and a fantastic place to stay, this is it! We loved staying at Fuego Lodge! The house was fabulous and the location was perfect, near restaurants, shops and the beach. Wonderful plunge pool and all amenities we could need! Judit made the process such a breeze! And helped us with any request! We will definitely be back!

Excellent service and best of all property manager went above and beyond

Had the pleasure of renting the Villa at Santa Theresa for 4 nights . The Villa was within walking distance to restaurants , a market, and shopping. The facilities were meticulously maintained. Best of all the property manager exceeded all expectations; she accomplished many of our excursions during our stay as well as transportation to and from the airport. Traveling to another country can be difficult especially when there is a language barrier but our group did not face many obstacles with the help of Judit. She was a terrific communicator and facilitated much of our requests which sometimes were last minute. Thank you for your hospitality !! Victoria Harris

Bien pero puede mejorar

Todo bien pero creemos se puede mejorar Hace falta algunos implementos para estadías largas Sillas de playa, microondas, más TVs en los cuartos, cable para personas que gustan de ver noticias etc y medios locales Por lo demás la propiedad bien cuidada,buen aseo, piscina adecuada y la Dueña siempre con disposición y comunicación diaria Tomar en cuenta está a unos 500/600 metros de la playa en caso vaya alguien con requerimientos de ley 7600

Esta muy bien localizada y muy bien cuidada, la comunicación con Judit fue excelente.

Nos hizo falta tener canales de tv, hay algunas goteras en la terraza justo encima de las sillas de descanso, pero esos son pequeños detalles la verdad que el lugar esta excelente!! El parqueo nos preocupó un poco pero dejamos el carro al lado sin problema y todo resultó súper bien.

The perfect villa stay

For the price this felt like great value. We were checked in with a little mistake which was quickly solved. We were blown away by how clean and special the villa was. The pictures can not do it justice. The pool was amazing. We loved to sit by the pool for breakfast. The location is good and handy for the beach and the supermarket. Communication with the manager was excellent she is really responsive and quick to answer.

Perfect Stay in Every Way

My family and I were staying in Playa Santa Teresa for a week for my brother's wedding, and staying at the Tropical Boutique Villa Sunset helped to create an extraordinary experience for us all. Judit was extremely helpful and responsive with all of our needs. Since we flew in from the United States, we didn't have cell phone service unless connected to WiFi, and Judit's communication and directions made it extremely easy to access the home. She gave us directions well in advance, which was perfect since the drive from the airport to the home was about 5 hours. We were driving in the dark, and were still easily able to find the right place. After arrival, Judit continued to be extremely helpful and responsive. If we had a question, she was very quick, and even took time out of her day to stop by and show us how to work the safe when we couldn't figure it out. Judit was very welcoming and made us feel like family. Along with Judit's hospitality, the home was absolutely beautiful and perfect for the week stay. It was a perfect location, just off the main road, with a quick walk to the beach, and an even quicker walk to where the rest of the wedding party was staying at Punta Cocoa. We walked to the Earth Cafe every morning, which had amazing food and coffee for breakfast and lunch. The market was just round the corner, and the fruit market was right near the Earth Cafe. The security of the home was also perfect. We felt very safe and secure, and with the home just being off the beaten path, there wasn't a ton of traffic noise like there would be on the main strip. The home was extremely clean, and the housekeeper was very friendly. She came once a day, except on Sunday, and kept the home feeling very fresh. There was an AC in every room, which could be turned off in the evenings, which we liked to do so that we could open the doors up to the outside pool area. Having the AC and the pool so accessible were perfect after long days on the beach and out surfing in the sun. Although it's not necessary to rent a car or ATV, I would recommend doing that, just because there is so much along the strip to explore, and many of the restaurants (like the Bakery, which had amazing food) were about a mile up the strip. I would also recommend taking a day trip to Montezuma Falls if possible! So beautiful! Overall, I would highly recommend staying at Judit's Sunset Villa, and hope to return sometime in the future! Great place to stay in the center of Santa Teresa

We recently stayed for 8 nights (1 night in one villa and 7 nights in the other adjacent villa) and have only good things to say. Judit is responsive within minutes with any questions that you need answered whether it is related to the house or a tour/activities. The house is spacious, 3 bedrooms en suite with great a/c, lovely pool and outdoor area. The WIFI worked very well. Stocked with coffee and a water cooler, a huge plus. Daily maid service was another unexpected plus. I love that we came home each day to made beds, empty trash, fresh bathroom towels, etc. Felt like we were really on vacation! Step out of the front gate and walk everywhere in Santa Teresa. Restaurants and cafes in both directions, beach about a 5 minute walk across the street. This was a perfect location for us because we could come back in the afternoon and relax with our teens by the pool, cook occasionally and relax with a book. Yes, there is some street noice (didn't bother us because that is the tradeoff for staying in the center of things) but it is just the wonderful world going by: sweet dogs, motorbikes, surfers walking by with their boards, just a laid back town. Lovely little chirping birds every morning! Showers were great, A/C worked well. I wish we were here in a less humid time of the year so that we could keep all the wall to wall doors open and enjoy the fresh air. But green season could not have been better, sunny all day long, afternoon showers. The perfect week. Thank you Judit for making everything so easy!

Stunning, beautiful, just-perfect place at Santa Teresa Beach

We really could not have loved this property better! First of all, it's absolutely beautiful. The pool area is lovely, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were modern and just so nice. We had the best time! Parked right outside and had very easy access to everything Santa Teresa Beach has to offer. But the best part of our experience was the attention given to us by Judit. She really is the best VRBO host I've had!

Great location close to everything. No car necessary to access everything in Santa Teresa. Judit was a great host and housekeeper Daysi was superb. Highly recommend. Highly recommend Del Soul surf shop just down the street.
