Avoid the crowded beaches and long elevator waits! This is a 1800 sq foot 2 story end unit  in a building with only 10 condos. The master bedroom with a king bed and bathroom is upstairs with it's own private balcony and amazing views of the Gulf. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open kitchen & living room. Beach service (2 chairs and umbrella) is included March thru October. This property has parking for 2 vehicles and an elevator.

We have vacationed in Ft Walton Beach for 10 years, and this is the absolute best condo/view we have experienced. All rooms were spacious and fully equipped for our needs. The primary suite was wonderful with the most comfortable bed. Guest suites were just as nice. Cindy, our host, promptly provided all information we neeeed for check in/parking. During our stay, I sent a couple test messages with questions and she answered within a few minutes! You can’t go wrong if you choose this condo!

Direct beach and ocean views from balconies on 2 separate levels. We watched dolphins from the master bedroom!The host was readily available via text whenever needed. Wonderful hospitality with attention to small details... noise machines and small fans in each bedroom, well-stocked kitchen utensils and accessories, marked light switches throughout, embroidered towels, balcony stools elevated to have unobstructed views. Excellent location with relatively quick access to -- off the island, local restaurants (Stewbies), Destin (McGuires, Harbour rentals), etc.We would definitely stay again if/ when we visit the area for another family vacation.

Perfect vacation spot

The condo is stunning. Beautifully decorated, thoughtfully furnished. Super comfortable beds, quality linens, well stocked kitchen with all the supplies and equipment to cook anything - although we mostly enjoyed the local seafood spots instead. Communication with Cindy was quick, responsive and friendly. We are already trying to figure out how soon we can return.

Stunning View! Fantastic Host!

My family and I stayed here on a last minute reservation after Hurricane Milton forced a pivot. Cindy was the best STR host we have ever had... very responsive, helpful, and friendly. Communication was top-tier. With respect to the place itself: -The view from the living room, balcony, and upstairs master bedroom is mesmerizing. This is the selling point! -All the beds were extremely comfortable. -Kitchen was well-equipped. -The location was nice because it was out of the hustle-bustle. However, the only realistic walkable places were beach bars, pizza place, etc. The restaurants that we did drive to in the area were worth the drive so eating good in this area is not a problem. -The beach chair service was the unexpected, pleasant perk of booking the Blue Dolphin. It was nice to not have to haul chairs and umbrellas to the beach. We purchased a couple extra chairs from the beach service girl. Construction on the entrance hallways is happening but it did not pose any issues with our stay at all. I would certainly book this place again. It was one of our better trips we have ever taken.

Great place!

This condo is a great rental. My friends and I usually stay in another building nearby but, due to construction, we moved to this condo. What a pleasant surprise! The condo is spacious, clean, nicely decorated and the owner is a delight. The primary suite is huge and the adjacent deck provides great views from sunrise to sunset. The larger of the bedrooms on the first floor has blackout curtains so you have a nice dark room for great sleep. Ever rent a condo that provides just a skilled and a spatula for the kitchen? This is NOT the case for this condo. This kitchen is so well stocked that we were able to enjoy cooking while on vacation. If you're a cook, I think you'll agree. We're planning to return next year.

Exceptional condo, wonderfully helpful and accessible host. Only issue was temporary construction limitations on parking - but this was minor relative to the many other benefits of staying at this property.

Wonderful place to stay! So many little extras -tall patio furniture, separate ac unit upstairs, and quality mattresses. Best communication from owner - she is wonderful and helpful! Overall, a great location, great view, and great condo!

A Perfect Place

This condo was exactly what I had hoped it would be! Cindy was so easy to communicate with and helpful! I couldn’t imagine a better host. We had plenty of space for my parents, my husband and I and our three kids. There was enough seating for all, and the pictures online look exactly like the real condo. It’s nice to eat at new restaurants but it’s also nice to have a home cooked meal in and the kitchen had everything we needed to make that happen. The view alone was worth every penny. The beach was never packed and it was great to have the umbrella and chairs set up for us every day. You can watch the Wednesday night fireworks from the balcony. The pool was always well taken care of and clean. Our family will most definitely be back and when we come, this is where we will stay.

We had a great trip and this property made the trip even better. It is close to the beach and has a great view. The area on the beach had very few people compared to other location. I would 1000% return to the location again.

Great space and location

Property is exactly as depicted/described, was very spacious and accommodating for my family of 5 and my mother, who was able to have her own room and bathroom and privacy! The condo is beautiful, in a prime location on an area of the beach that is far less crowded than the rest.

Great oceanfront property that was not busy!

We just enjoyed 6 nights at this property and had a fantastic time!! I brought my wife, two children (7 and 10), my parents, and my in-laws. The condo fit our needs perfectly. We had plenty of space. The elevator was nice, and the recliners in the living room were great for my father-in-law who often doesn’t sleep comfortably in a bed. The kitchen was well equipped with coffe pots, crockpot, and everything needed to cook (and we cooked every meal at the condo). The beach was just a short walk (with some stairs) and two chairs and an umbrella were provided daily (although on our last day there, the nicest day we had had weather wise, we were basically kicked out of the chairs so the guy could get them picked up at 4:50!! - no fault of the condo owner by any means, but was a bit of a disappointment). The area of the beach where this condo is was not crowded at all, one of the reasons we chose this property. The owner, Cindy was very quick to respond to issues (we had a few minor maintenance issues with the property-but all were very quickly resolved!). We had a great family vacation at this property and would return in a second!!

Great trip

Cindy was super helpful and quick to communicate. We traveled with 2 couples and kids 6months-6 years. So close to beach and perfect for our group.

Wowziw wOw WOW!

This place was exactly as advertised and EXCEEDED our expectations. We are a family of 5 with 3 boys (19, 17, and 17). It was clean, comfy, and safe. We used the property for a stay-in family vacation and it was ideal for it. We ate in often and had all cookware needed. The boys each had their own space and so did we! The place could easily accommodate more people or multiple families comfortably. The location is ideal for beaching but would have quick access to dining, shopping, and tourist fun. Our connections with the owner, Cindy, were prompt and friendly. If we are ever in the area again, we will rent Blue Dolphin 403.

Pre Spring Break Getaway

My granddaughter has been wanting to go to the beach since last year when COVID started. We keep saying we have to wait till the world gets better. Well the world is not back to 100%, but being at this location where the beach wasn’t over crowded was great. We really enjoyed ourselves.
